worst pharmacy ever!!! had prescriptions since Thursday and never filed them had to go back and then was told they didn't have the one. no contact from anyone!!!!! absolutely the worst pharmacy ever!!!!

The issue I had today was that the parking lot was covered in snow. I went after 11AM and all surrounding businesses had cleared their parking lots but not CVS. Another customer in the store voiced this to the manager who said it was contracted out and only after 3 inches would they clear the lot. Also I felt like the manager was very unreceptive of the customers concerns. I will not return to CVS on a snowy day. I will take my business elsewhere. Winchester, KY 40391.

Scheduled a drive thru covid testing appt. Drove from out of town to this location, like I've done before. I received a confirmation, an appointment reminder, and put in insurance and payment info, only to be told when I got there that they don't do the testing anymore and nobody is trained to do it. It's frustrating, but even more so when you're sick. It's important to keep information updated to prevent this type of thing.

Always very helpful and customers are number one priority always trying to give you the best of service and pharmacy is always accurate never a long way orders are ready when they say they will be they can deliver if need be sometimes it's included in your insurance or you may pay a little delivery fee on certain medications but overall there are five star business I've never had a bad experience here

This pharmacy treats people horribly if they are Medicaid recipients. I requested a refill on Tuesday afternoon and they told me it would be 40 min. I opted to come back the next day. When I arrived they did not have my prescription, ran the wrong insurance and told me to go to the back of the line. I handed them my Medicaid card, they told me they had it on file and told me to go to the back of the line. I am unemployed due to complications with Covid, and my husband has had to care for me. He is a Federal officer in service to this country. Their actions are shameful.

Horrible customer service. No one at the registers, No one to help me to check out. I had to find an employee and they suggested I use the self help check-out. Very rude customer service. I have moved all my prescriptions to Walmart.

I feel bad for the people of Winchester, KY who have to conduct business at this CVS. I walked in through the first set of doors at 8:59pm, not realizing that was closing time at 9pm. Rather than just letting me know, “we are closing,” the guy screamed at me, a foot from me, in the breezeway “NO! We are CLOSING! We are closing RIGHT NOW!” He then proceeded to slam the second set of doors in my face. I understand the joy of closing time and wanting to go home, but you don’t have to be a j*** about it. Bless the people who must interact with this guy on a daily basis, especially around closing time.

I am treated like I do not belong there everytime I enter. I shop there every single day. It is the closest store to me in walking distance. I have tried to contact corporate and they continue not to call me back. This store uses no respect or customer service. Everyone is always in a rush to close even to the point of lying. They follow me around as if I will steal but I purchase multiple items at a time. There is a particular dark headed lady that is sometimes q cashiet, she gets angry that I use or bring coupons. She sometimes refused to allow me to put my phone number in for the care rewards. If I do not put my number in at the beginning of the transaction then it can be set for me to add it. She will flat out tell me no she does not have time.
