I was really impressed how quick they got me approved and in a vehicle and with the service agreement and if your not satisfied with car you can trade in for another one yes I will recommend carmart I will tell all my family and friends. All I can say is I am grateful. Since buying my first car as a young woman trying to figure out adulthood, Car-mart of Winchester has been nothing but a life saver for me. I bought a Chevy Cruze which I loved dearly and drove for almost 4 years, then came in yesterday to buy a Kia Optima I am IN LOVE with. The process was quick, easy, thorough and exciting. Hannah sold us a ford taurus, she let us know to be patient with her due to it being the beginning of her start in sales. But there was no patience needed as she was delightful and seemed like a natural, she offered us a refreshment and snack before we were seated in her office, she was very kind and worked hard to get us into a vehicle we liked. I will be recommending people to go and see her if they need a car !!

Very friendly!There were 2 small issues with the vehicle when I looked at the vehicle on Saturday. I told them I would be back to purchase on Thursday. They called me on Wednesday and already had both issues repaired.I purchased the vehicle Thursday.My appointment was at noon, I was done by 1pm.Recommended!

Crystal has went above and beyond for me. She helped me when she didn’t have to. My car was out of warranty when the CVT started to fail. She did everything in her power to take me out of that vehicle and put me in a much newer, lower miles, and lower payment car. I’m very thankful for her hard work and dedication to her customers.

My husband and I are first time customers at Car-Mart and I can say that I had a wonderful experience there all the staff was very kind and sweet, they was very clear when explaining everything to use and all the help they off if we ever get in a bind I recommend them.
