Worst store to do business with. Since we traded phones 7 months ago the bill has never been correct. Manager Tabitha was supposed be give a credit for a mistake one of their sales reps made but has yet to make the correction to the account. I even stopped back in the store two additional times and spoke with her and she said I am going to do that right now. Here I am 7 months later and still not corrected.

Do not buy an apple phone at the Winchester AT&T!! Bought a new 15 pro max on Monday. Got the first phone call on Wednesday and had so much static, couldn't hear. Phone has been in a case with screen and camera protectors since bought. When we bought the phone, we were told we had 30 days to return. Took phone back 5 days after purchase. The assistant said there was nothing wrong with the phone and they could not take the phone back. Sent us to the apple store. Apple store ran a diagnostic and said speaker is bad. If we had bought the phone at the apple store. We would receive a new phone. Since purchase was at Winchester, it will be 3 hours to wait for phone to be fixed. And since this phone was a lemon being fixed, we now pay an additional $10 a month so if it does the same thing in 6 months from now, it can be fixed. The apple store called Winchester to let them know it was a problem with the phone and the store still would not stand behind the phone and replace it. I gave 1 star because there was no option for 0 stars.

After 4 months, the services, credits, and bill is incorrect. They claim nothing can be done even though we were told by the salesman what our bill would look like.

Great service! Verizon decided to kick all 10 of our lines off their service so we are now with AT&T. The store rep made the switch so easy! Plus saved us money with more features. Thanks AT&T!10/2023 phone reception has went way downhill and finally moved me, friends, and family to T-Mobile.

Jeremy Banks is untrustworthy. After several dealings with him I'm of the belief that nobody should trust him again. He did some very ridiculous set up of my Dad's phone and additional line account that other stores can't believe he did but are unable to reverse which has costed my Dad a ton of money. My dad is older and was taken advantage of. And separately, I asked to add a hot spot to my account and what the price of that may be. The response was $3-5/mo + usage. He failed to mention the $50/mo fee for the line + additional fees and surcharges. The only reason I give 2/5 stars instead of 0/5 is because Bo Adkins is incredibly kind and helpful. If you must go to this store, use Bo and know that Bo will have your best interests in mind.

Took a while to figure out the problem, but Bo stuck with it until everything was resolved, while being helpful and friendly throughout. Several other employees helped out as well. A good experience overall!

I just switched from Verizon to AT&T. I got a new razor and I had some questions. They were so unprofessional and didn't help at all. I called at&t and they were helpful on phone will not be going back in that store

My wife and I went in to find out why the bill had almost doubled. I asked multiple questions and was totally ignored my wife had to speak for me because they were ignoring me. I will be canceling my plan and going with another provider due to the total disrespect that I received at the AT&t store in Winchester Kentucky. Maybe if I was a female the guy would have treated me better.
