Been wanting to visit here for a while, been drinking Ale-8-One for a while now. Nice to be able to visit it. Wish they opened up their tours for the factory, only thing to see is their little merchandise store. They were out of a lot of different t shirts.Visited 8/18/23

Ale8 is the BEST drink on the market. And the new BlackBerry is AWESOME! If you’ve never tried this product I highly recommend doing so.
From the very beginning, it was clear that George Lee Wainscott was driven by an independent ambition. His pioneering spirit led him to establish a soft drink company in 1902 after laying eyes on a carbonation machine.
Ale-8 was first sampled at the 1926 Clark County fair, where a slogan contest was held. “A Late One” was the winning entry.
The company and the family secret stayed protected through four generations. In the fall of 2009, Wainscott’s great-great-nephew Fielding Rogers, at age 28, became the youngest family member in Ale-8 history to assume the leadership role.
To this day, Fielding Rogers prepares the Ale-8 secret formula using Wainscott’s handwritten notes and our own specialty blended ginger.
