I am so shocked at all the negative comments here! I've never had anything less than stellar service when I use the Wilmore Post Office. All the clerks go above and beyond when helping me. They are friendly, efficient, and super helpful. I use this post office almost daily, and have never had a bad experience. I always look forward to going there, even during the busiest holiday season.

She was very disgruntled and unhappy if anybody would walk through the door. She was rough with my package, literally slamming it on the counter and throwing it around. Never again. SO MANY COMMENTS ABOUT THE SAME SHORT HAIRED LADY. GET RID OF HER!!!

Why is that lady SO RUDE?My experience there was awful.I had an appointment at 11:00am Feb/28th. I have to say that the gentleman on the left side was polite but that lady on the right side, taking care of Passports, was sooo rude, unprofessional and even sarcastic. It seems like she was annoyed of dealing with people or that she hates everything and everybody. She used every little detail to make rude & sarcastic comments, with rolling eyes, bad face and beligerant voice tone. She rushed me out of the place with the worst attitude I have seen in a long time.Who hired her? Why is she still there? Moreover: If she hates her job so much, why doesn't she try to work doing something different?

The lady up front on some days with the short haircut needs to be fired. Shes always making rude comments about me and always had a terrible attitude. Shes not willing to help at all. Its rather that she make everyone upset because sjes having a bad day. I run a small toy business and i have them ship out my stuff and tiday she says shes gonna stop taking em and "fixing" the boxes so i dont make money. So she can honestly get outta town. Isn't Wilmore supposed to be one of the nicest cities in KY. Maybe hire some employees who are nice.

I've always received pleasant service and helpful information. For example, I asked about getting a large money order for a certain transaction, and the post office clerk asked me a few questions to make sure the money order was the best choice for me. I appreciated the attention.

I try to only post positive reviews publicly, but I have unfortunately come to expect that each visit I make to the Wilmore Post Office will be a visit where I feel like my presence has annoyed the clerks that work there. I have never felt valued as a customer and in the last 3 years of living in Wilmore, I have not noticed any positive changes in attitude or helpfulness of the clerks. It is sad to always be greeted by such unhappiness. If you can spare the extra few minutes to drive into Nicholasville, I would suggest going to a different post office.

I just had the worst customer service experience EVER. Although I should have done better in my part on making sure my mail was addressed correctly and packaged accordingly, I BELIEVE THE SERVICE SHOULD STILL NOT HAVE BEEN THAT BAD. I contained my frustration as I realize that yes she's tired and that she's probably had a long day HOWEVER, that does not excuse the harsh tone and choice of words used and worse, tossing my mail in front of my face because of my frustration. I have worked in customer service for 10+ years and yes I understand the weight of the job BUT the customer and whoever you are serving SHOULD NEVER EVER EVER BE TREATED THAT WAY! ... I had 3 USPS agents in front of me this evening and the other 2 either disregarded the fact that she was acting the way she was OR they were unable to make the experience a little better .... either way ... I am disappointed at the service and apologize that my business was an inconvenience to you.

My husband was just at the post office this morning and the woman clerk was absolutely horrible. She belittled an elderly man who was just needing help and then rolled her eyes at my husband who needed to make sure he had enough postage on an important piece of mail. This isn't the first time we've dealt with this woman being the worst. Every time I've gone in there she is rude and unprofessional.

Terrible! The clerks are good but the carriers suck. They leave packages in the middle of your driveway. Damage packages forcing things that are to big into your mailbox and the post master has zero ability to get control of it. I actually watched a carrier on camera throwing a package like it was a bowling ball at my garage!
