my experience here has always been a 10 out of 10 because of Taylor the employee who works there she’s always very kind professional and smart. She works harder than anybody else and she’s there every day even when they were shortstaffed she was there hours a day working away. The other staff are also very nice and kind and work hard as well. Taylor deserves a raise in my opinion. I’ve been going here for months and will continue to go here as well.

Often disorganized and cluttered with boxes and carts blocking off whole isles. Season changes here seem to create utter chaos for a while. Sometimes even has a weird smell. They’ve redone to add a self checkout and have improved a bit lately, hence 3 stars instead of 2.

Needs a change in management. Employees are somehow always on a smoke break (where they stand right next to the door so it backdrafts into the store). You will regularly stand at the register (whist the self-checkout is non-functional no less) and be yelled at to "hang on" from the back of the store whilst the employees continue to stock items that frankly can wait (I don't have an issue waiting, but eventually it reaches a point of absurdity when there's 4-5 people in line and we're all waiting for you).That said, I'm sure management is responsible for most of these issues, likely a combination of bad management and bad wages, but nonetheless frustrating.Make sure to drive your business to Fitch's IGA whenever possible. Wilmore would be better off if DG closed down completely and the eyesore was torn down.

Disorganized, empty shelves, can’t even get down multiple aisles, unhelpful employees. This store wins the award for the worst DG I’ve ever been to.

I've lived in Wilmore 6 years now. This dollar general has gone from bad to worse, to bad again. Last time I was in there, it smelled very mildewy, I would not be surprised to find they have mold behind the walls or somewhere in that store. Im not sure why after 6 years, and seeing their review score, they haven't seemed to pull it together. Carts are always in the way, super disorganized, and now the smell...it's almost unbearable. I will not be returning, I've given them plenty of time. Fix the smell please-you're employees don't deserve to work in that.

Well I'm usually there 2-3 times a week and shop there most of the time.. it's just a small walk for almost anyone here in Wilmore.. It has wonderful employees who greet you soon as u walk in and will help you anyway needed

The store has plenty of options when it comes to get some easy items, but for the love of god, the temperature in the store is way too hot, some of the employees even complain about it.

Literally the grossest Dollar General I have ever been in, sorry. Would rather drive to one in Lex than have to find my way around this one, so disorganized and chaotic.

I'd give it a 2-star for its lack of organization and the professionalism of most staff at this location; however, I'd give it a 3-star for the fact that it has most of the basic things that you would need at a decent price while still staying in Wilmore.

This store is always dirty, disorganized and disheveled. It might be the worst kept DG I have ever been to. Many DG's stores well maintained, this one is not. It appears to be very much understaffed. Employee attire is also drab. This appears to either be a local management issue, however, their regional managers should be aware and committed to making improvements.

The lady with the blue greenish tinted hair is very unfriendly. Never greets you. Never says thank you at the end of your order. Just there.
