“Edit: Ellie was wonderful and made it right. Will definitely be back! GREAT customer service!I like the store, but am disappointed with pricing. They had a sign saying All short sleeve tees 2 for 25. Nothing posted about excluding sizes. They charge me $34. I questioned the lady and she said it's because extended sizes are not included. This is our 3rd time shopping there and probably our last. If the sale excludes sizes it needs to be posted.”

“I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and my 150lb body is at 112. So I do tend to shop in the kids section because of the 14/16 waist options. Never once has anyone in this store made me feel bad, or looked at me differently as many other stores have. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for allowing me figure out waist size etc. It's hard enough in this world, but the employees here make it feel so much better, even if it's just when shopping in your store. She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was finding everything okay and also talked to me about JCrew sizing (which I was so grateful for). After much ado, I found the jogger, although not in the color I preferred. It was, however, about much less than the usual retail price. With free shipping and easy return, I ordered them. “I'm not sure my family has explored Forever 21 other than to purchase a gift card, and today we came in to check out their men's wear. Some items were on sale, but we found good finds on clearance - shorts, shirts and jeans. Thankfully their dressing rooms were open and no wait. (Clearance items are apparently final sale)No issue with browsing racks. The store was clean and organized. We didn't bump into any sales associates while shopping but we got through checkout quickly.”
