“⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ What a pleasant visit, I went in with what seems like a simple banking need. Getting a personal check cashed that was drawn on Bank of America. I had already been to another bank of America location in Lexington 2 wks prior who stamped the back of the check and basically voided it where I was unable to get the check cashed anywhere else, They was so rude and even had all the employees come out to surround me as if I was doing something wrong. Needless to say I called the company who issued the check and they said they would void out this check on there end and get another sent out. The check was rewritten and mailed back out to me, received 2 weeks later. I went in with the rewritten check to Finn Way location with the thought I was going to have the same negative experience as I did at the Blue Fountain location in Lexington and was blown away with a much kinder, homey feel. They was fast, friendly, it almost felt like walking in to home. Thank the Lord. I needed a positive outcome today. I'm just so thankful to the (2) who was able to assist me in getting this resolved .Oliver and Shane well done guys!!! I sure hope I got there names correct (if not please let me know and I'll update my review) They deserve to be recognized for their excellent customer service.. Well done!! ?
