This place does business the way it should always be done. More specifically, if you are unable to help the way you would like, provide the help that you can and make an impression that will come back to you. I was stranded on our first trip with our new-to-us 36’ class A motorhome at a theme park with locked gates and an anxious security guard. I had with me my wife and three young kids late at night and had already called me insurance which could not find my policy and insisted they did not provide roadside assistance to RV’s (which they assured me they did before I left). On the suggestion of the very helpful security guard, I called to get local roadside service from Sechrest and like other successful businesses immediately responded, ‘I am very sorry, but I am on another call and am over an hour away.’ Instead of just putting me on the waitlist however, and leaving me with a ‘be there when I can,’ which is more typical today, he stayed on the phone with me and helped me assess what the real issue with the motorhome was (based upon his extensive mechanical knowledge). He literally listened to the RV’s sounds and other indicators via speakerphone and offered me guidance. That guidance ultimately led me to being able to temporarily bypass the starter solenoid on the RV myself and get my family home safely. Thank you, Sechrest!

Wow ,the have always been out to tow me home if one of my vehicles broke down, but now the can't tow my vehicles to my house anymore, so I could fix it myself, now I call Gordons Towing, and they will tow it to my house for the same price, at least I have found a replacement for Sechrest
