I love 'The Dollar Store', as we all call it!!! But this one is super difficult to navigate through when couponing & only buying what's on sale, even with the app! I was there earlier this week and two of my items ($5, marked 50% off- store discount, not mine & $10, save $6 w/ mobile coupon) didn't give me my discount at all. I scanned and verified w/ the app and made sure before getting to the register. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to talk to the mgr., whom was standing there and asked if everything went OK, bc I had to be at work in 10min.
I wish the app was more reliable & in-store navigation a bit more organized.

Close to home, good In store service but lack of Customer service. Every-time you call this store they disconnect you or they don’t answer. You have better luck just not calling, just go to the store.
