10/10 Best customer service experience ALWAYS GREATED WITH A SMILE and a warm welcome. I am a repeat customer and won't go anywhere else to buy cigs, or vapes. Very good environment with all the employees there and I recommend it to everyone I speak to.

The Cigar Suite is attached to the store, and it is a high quality facility, all around. Good cigars, good advice, good crowd, frequent supplier events...One event I attended, the lounge was pretty well full. I bought a big handful of nice "sticks," but I couldn't find them when I got home. Ugh. 20+ customers, but I only knew 4 of them. I figured that someone I didn't know just picked them up and took them home after I left. $70 worth of premium cigars... Poof!Just so I could "close the book," I phoned the store on the following day. "Yep, they're right here on the table where you left them. I'll put your name on them, and they'll be here when you pick them up.""Crowned Heads" event coming 12/7/23 at 7 pm. Do you think I'll be back? Absolutely. Good customers don't just happen by accident. Well-done, Bluegrass!

It's the shipping, pay damn good money for shipping and it takes over a week to receive product. Not worth the shipping charges.

Look, these folks have great prices! The thing is, they have a tendency to change them regularly.. about $0.10/time, I guess, like we won't notice.
The boss lady is a bit on the rude side and completely lacking customer service. With that said, her employees are not. They are all very kind. Also, no matter the time of day- even when they have two people working- they only run one till for the drive-thru AND inside! So you're going to have a wait.
Still the same now.
