Dr. Culver is a fantastic veterinarian! He has excellent caring staff that will take good care of your pets. Dr. Culver and his staff always know exactly what any pet needs and give specific instructions to help you take care of your pet. You won't find a better veterinarian clinic anywhere else!

I love Dr Culver and his team. They are always helpful and really care, often having me call back a few days after the appointment to let them know how my fur baby is doing.

Customer service was not the best. When they took my cat to do a test, they didn’t do it in front of me (my normal vet keeps me in the room). When they gave him back to me they told me he has a small hematoma because he struggled when they drew blood. I warned them before that he is a big cat and it might take a few people but they insisted it would be fine. I got home and looked at his leg and the hematoma is massive. I am going to have to take him back to our normal vet to get it looked at. The only reason we came here was because it was recommended and we couldn’t get in to our vet until next week.
Edit to add: after doing some quick research, I realize the vet who worked on my cat is Dr Sulfridge and apparently he isn’t the most well liked based on some reviews here. I’m sure he’s a great guy but my cat is my whole life and for someone to be rough with him is RIDICULOUS. He hasn’t stopped shaking since we got home, it breaks my heart.

My girl fell sick and we couldn’t find a vet over the weekend I had always heard good things about this office and I wanted to make sure that she went somewhere that I knew they would try to help her… so when I went in with her in my arms they got me back very quickly especially with me being a walk-in but I seen a vet he was a younger guy (not culver) I informed him her symptoms and he had asked me about vaccinations and to my understanding she had all vaccinations except the last one he LITERALLY SHAMED ME for being behind on one vaccination (for the record I always thought 3 until while shaming me he stated there were supposed to have been 4 rounds) so as if I wasn’t upset enough because my girl was very very sick he proceeded to make me feel like I was the worst person ever! Unfortunately my girl didn’t make it they kept her overnight but the following morning I received a call stating she didn’t make it. The vet then informed me that she would be in a bag due to sanitary reasons which is understandable but when she was picked up, Not only did he say “here let me go get IT” he dropped her in my boyfriends arms wrapped up in two garbage bags! WHO DOES THIS??? I am still upset about the way they handled everything! I’m at a loss for words so with that being said I will inform anyone who needs a vet to stay clear of this one! I’m sure culver is wonderful but my best advice is to get rid of your help before your business plummets! You think with it being a first time visit that they would try to be semi presentable to get a return customer! ONE STAR for getting us back so quick and on short notice and the office was very nice it’s a shame one man ruins all of it! Shame on you

Took my cat here due to chronic UTIs/bladder infections. Dr. Culver was very nice and prescribed antibiotics for my cat when I brought her in. I had to come here a second time for the same problem with my cat and I saw the younger vet (Dr. Sulfridge?) and he speculated my cat had cancer without any diagnostics other than an X ray, which they didn't see anything in. I took my cat to a full service vetinarian in Knoxville and they were able to confirm my cat does not have cancer and devised a treatment plan to help her infections.I'm pretty peeved that Dr. Sulfridge kept suggesting my cat had cancer without any evidence, causing me to worry unnecessarily until I could take her to a vet that could actually help her. Office staff is also rude.The office is very beautiful and clean, but after my experience here I will continue taking my cat elsewhere.
