We purchased a 2016 traverse and I have nothing but good things to say about everyone involved in the process. They were more than accommodating and made sure that we were happy before we left in the vehicle. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to shop with them! I would give 10 stars if I could!

For a small car lot this is by far the best place to buy a vehicle. I was treated the best and Jeremy and his crew went up and beyond to help me and to pick me in a vehicle. Also I have been in and out of this car lot for the past several years. And n ver have I seen such good customer service and the willingness to help customers.

We got a 2015 F150 from Town & Country Motors and we are extremely happy. We traded in our suv and got a very good trade-in price.
Once we got the truck we packed up and two weeks later we are towing an 8000lbs travel trailer up to Maine. Good vehicles and great people.

REPEAT CUSTOMER!
A few years ago I purchased a truck from Town & Country Motors. It was a nice vehicle and the the buying experience was excellent as well. Truck is still running great! Great customer service, honest employees.
When the time came to purchase another vehicle for an additional driver in our house, I returned to Town & Country Motors. Another great experience. Another great vehicle. Thanks, Town & Country Motors, for taking such great care of me and my family. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle, I'll be back!

Wonderful customer service and great prices on vehicles. We purchase a vehicle for our daughter a few years back which has certainly been very reliable. Today my husband and I just randomly stopped by and purchased another beautiful vehicle. If you are looking for a vehicle we would highly recommend stopping by Town and Country. They will be honest with you and in no way try to pressure you in to buying anything!

Jeremy and the staff at Town and Country Motors were wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and worked with us until we found the perfect car for our daughter. We bought her a 2017 Jeep Renegade and it has been the best car and so dependable for her.

Jeremy and Jerry, along with other workers, treated me friendly and were very down-to-earth as I viewed a truck for several days. Once purchasing was decided upon, the deal was very reasonably made, and the truck was purchased very easily. I enjoyed the buying experience, which isn’t something often said when purchasing a vehicle.
To me, this business and its workers seem to genuinely try their best, which also isn’t said often when discussing dealerships and vehicle businesses. For a business that has been open 24 years, they proved to me why they are still open. Many smaller businesses like this perished with COVID. *Most of their vehicles are rebuilt titles, as they openly advertise.*
Overall, this buying experience went very well, and I do recommend this business. Businesses that build around honesty and hard work are what we all need, and continuing these perceived roots in their line of work will only prove them out to be what true businesses should be: for the people.

Just a friendly notice to NEVER buy a vehicle from Town & Country Motors Town & Country Motors Ky in Williamsburg!!! What a JOKE! Sold my wife a car and because she didn’t know anything about cars they took SERIOUS advantage of her and sold her a car first of all that still had a LIEN against it which they supposedly have the release to now “ONLY thing they done honorable if so!” Car is a LEMON to say the LEAST! List of things wrong with it SO FAR that I’ve found 1: Alternator plug broken and wired with STEREO connectors and MASKING TAPE! 2: passenger side strut BROKE! 3: drivers side strut CRACKED! 4: power steering pump SHOT! 5: AC is OUT now as well! 6: 02 sensor code so maybe oxygen sensor or one of the already replaced coils need replaced AGAIN! The best part was there WONDERFUL customer service skills and empathy for CUSTOMERS who have broke down on the side of the road SEVERAL times in the first WEEK of owning this JUNK! I wouldn’t donate a bucket of water to that place if it was on FIRE! Much less buy another vehicle from them!!!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!! All you will get is trouble for your money and a “sorry buddy it’s not our problem who cares it’s only said amount of money get over it!”
