Rowland’s helped my two young nieces from Georgia who were stranded on the side of the interstate near Williamsburg. Rowland’s towed their vehicle at the very end of the workday when we called them. They prioritized them getting back on the road, and it really meant a lot to us that they took such good care of them. Their prices were really reasonable and they were very nice. They fixed the car within just an hour or two. Highly recommend!!!

My sister, our dog, and I broke down at the shell off of exit 15 and they were so helpful!! we called them right at closing but they came to get us anyways and had the car ready by 10am the following morning so we could get back on the road. the price was great and they were very nice.

During our family trip, our car broke down on I-75 near Williamsburg, KY. Bo from Bo's Tow recommended Rowland's Garage for the repairs, and Jim from Rowland's Garage personally picked us up from the side of the highway, demonstrating their exceptional commitment to customer service.
The staff at Rowland's Garage quickly diagnosed the issue as a broken alternator and provided a clear explanation of the repair process. Within just two hours, their skilled mechanics had replaced the alternator, minimizing the disruption to our travel plans.
We cannot thank Rowland's Garage enough for their outstanding service and professionalism. They turned a stressful situation into a manageable one, and we are grateful for their help and Bo's recommendation. We highly recommend Rowland's Garage.

My tire had blew on 75 north in Jelico, TN. Bo’s Towing brought my car here after he towed my car from the highway. He was so polite, gracious, and changed my tire quickly so we could continue our drive to Cincinnati. The bill was insanely inexpensive. He let my three year old daughter and myself sit in his office out of the cold and rain. I absolutely recommend him. I can’t thank him enough for helping us.

In 7 years of driving I have had 2 instances where I’ve required help from a shop. Due to family I go from northern Indiana to Georgia at least once a year and both times my troubles happened middle of my trip here in Williamsburg. The first time two years ago I had a basic flat tire but needed it changed quickly to continue the rest of my trip. Going to the walmart they didn’t have the size tire to get it done that day, and recommended Rowlands. Rowlands had it changed within an hour and I was back on the road. This second time was because of a bad alternator and battery, which finally gave out once again in Williamsburg. When getting my car towed to the only shop the tow man said might could get it fixed in a day I realized when we pulled in it was Rowlands, the same shop from two years prior. Just like before quick, easy, and a good price. Thank you Jim, David, and the rest of the crew for staying late and helping me get back on the road in one day again, so I wouldn’t miss a family wedding. This town should be thankful to have a crew/shop like this, and I’m very fortunate that In both times I needed help this is where It happened to be, they aren’t all this good!!
