I had a flat on Tennessee-Kentucky State line. Pilot sold tire repair kit. The security guard & a biker fixed the tire for me. Saving me $130. Thanks Pilot & those guys.

Very clean both inside and out with a large number of pumps for both regular vehicles as well as trucks or motor homes. We turned into the truck entrance and there is lots of room to take the corner, lots of truck/camper parking spaces but beware majority are part of the pilot rewards program where you can book them in advance or see how many spots available. There are about 10 or so that are not labelled but for the security I'd be sure to check on route. This pilot is in a perfect location as well with Walmart, Huddy House, and a Liquor Barn being its closest neighbours, and an O'Reillys just up the road!

Employees are very friendly and helpful, but twice now got gas and pump automatically set to super unleaded. So I payed a dollar more per gallon. As if gas prices aren't high enough. Pay attention.
