I was in a dire situation and Elisa at the front desk couldnt have been more helpful and calmed my nerves . Grats to her great customer service in williamsburg ! She needs a promotion!!

INFESTED WITH ANTS!!
My room was covered in ants and I didn’t realize it until they were crawling all over me in bed! I looked further and there were hundreds of ants all over my AC unit in the room and throughout the rest of the room (pictures attached but doesn’t do justice for how many there were). Very unsanitary. Insanely disappointed and disgusted as a loyal Hilton Honors member. I wish it was made right for this experience but I hope to make other guests aware of this. Go somewhere else.

Under remodel...should have gone elsewhere. $200 for one night. Stood at front desk for 20 minutes with no one to check us in. Our room was on a floor completely stripped of all wall coverings...the kicker was a fire alarm going off at 11pm to wake us up. No offer of a discount given the condition of the hotel....just a sign saying no refunds. Terrible way to spend an evening. Bad experience all around.

Rooms: The quiet rooms is just what we needed to make me forget all about my wife, Sherry who’s home!
Nearby activities: Plenty nearby activities we went to Cumberland Falls had a good time out to eat. I’m sure we’ll do it again want you Bert

This was a horrible experience with all the remodeling construction and the breakfast was bad only microwaved food.

Very nice hotel located right off I-75. We stayed 2 nights. The lady that checked us in was not very friendly but the rest of the staff we interacted with was very friendly and courteous. They had a very good breakfast. The lobby and first floor was under construction so they had some of the lobby blocked off and alot of workers coming in and out but it wasn't a nuisance at all. The hotel was very laid back and I was glad for that. The pool was clean and very nice. The fitness center was closed but who needs that lol. The room was very clean, great ac, the beds are very firm (which i didn't like but the hubby did). Overall we had a really good time and would highly recommend.
Rooms: Good sized rooms, big bathroom, firm beds, good air conditioning.
Nearby activities: Waterpark located within walking distance.
Safety: Seems safe, key entry from outside doors.
Food & drinks: Great hot variety breakfast. Many fast food restaurants & Walmart etc nearby

Front entrance, workout room and business center were closed due to renovations. Free breakfast is... not good. 2/5 stars currently. It is basically a Motel 8 with a Hampton sign for June 2024. I stayed here last year, 4/5 stars for 2023. 3 star average.

Beautiful rooms,
clean,
Somewhat quiet, if you had noisy neighbors you could hear them.
Breakfast was good, pepper gravy and biscuits, Belgian waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, toast, juice assortment was a little bit watery.
Beautiful pool and exercise room,
Ice machine
And a snacks to purchase

Brianna (front desk) & Nancy (manager) worked very hard to resolve our issue (which was a misunderstanding). They were both friendly, attentive, professional, & thorough. We could not be more pleased with how my family & I were cared for. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

One night stay on the way to Charleston. Great Hampton Inn. Clean, comfortable and quiet. Logan at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.

Arrived to 5 cops in lobby with no one able body to explain why the police presences was there. So freaked out we left hotel and struggled for days to contact Hampton for reasons for wanting refund. Didn’t know if bomb threat or mischiefs behavior. No one would explain or talk to us. Just kept commanding us to go to room or leave.
