“We have been very happy with our experience at Key Storage. We have a 35-foot fifth wheel and Callie was very helpful in finding us a good spot for us to park it. They have contacted us several times to let us know that different sites are available if we were interested in moving. Customer service is excellent here, and the staff makes a point to get to know people. We previously stored our RV at a different storage facility in NKY but are much happier with the staff and experience at Key Storage.”

The price was affordable and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly. That showed me that they were attentive and not just sitting around and not caring for their tenants. I have no issues at all the place was very clean no drama Nothing. “In 2020, my daughter and son in law, my grandson's parents died. We had an unimaginable amount of "stuff" to deal with, as my grandson was moving in with me. Right around then, your facility in Newport, KY opened. We rented a small unit. We filled it with boxes memories, pics, etc. Well, out of sight, out of mind.My grandson and I made a concerted effort to clear the storage cube out. He is a full time college student, working 4 jobs, and I am 74 years old with poor mobility.Yesterday, 4-16 was the birthday of my daughter, and after clearing out, mopping and emptying the unit, I finally closed our account.I have not had any experience with storage units, but have heard stories of not being clean, bugs, and safety issues, etc. I found this one to always be very clean, no infestations, and well monitored. Always felt safe working in our unit.When I closed the Account Paul-MarKeith was one of the people I dealt with. He was very polite, co-operative and professional.I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a safe, cleanplace to store your valuables. Five star plus!!!My only negative comment would be how much the cost of rental rose throughout the past 4 years, but you get what you pay for. Good job and thank you!!!!”

“I was looking for a storage unit closer to my house and noticed this new facility from I-75 so I thought I would check the facility out. I was very impressed. I’ve been renting from Cincinnati Mini-Storage for about 3 years now (rented during pandemic) and by far this is the best storage unit I have ever used. Staff and ownership does a thorough walk through which seems to be every hour if not more. The facility is very clean and management is very responsive if you need anything. Melissa is great to work with. Highly suggest this facility for your storage needs.”
“This is my first time using a storage unit and I'm already loving it here. I'm clumsy and lost my lock inside my unit lol well Ruthie and her team noticed I was without a lock and was concerned for my safety so they put a red lock on it and called me right away. They said to come in office my next visit and they'll unlock it for me.
Well I did that and tried to look for my lock inside and couldn't! I completely forgot to tell them and it was after hours... a few days later they called me and said they placed a lock there and sent me a combination for it. I'm so grateful because as a mom of 5 I couldn't really afford another lock for another week or so . So I'm so appreciative of their professionalism and most of all CARE. Thank you again miss Ruthie !!”

“I use this storage facility each year to store Christmas Presents so I don’t have to hide them from the kids. We have Amazon ship them straight to the facility and the team there puts them in our unit for us. Then I go in and put the stuff together before Christmas. They are amazing! Troy is the manager and he is so pleasant and accommodating! I would highly recommend this facility for anyone!!!”

“They made getting a unit and moving in incredibly simple. But, even more amazing than that, they made moving out just as easy! I cleared out my unit and had every intention of calling to cancel. But before I got around to that call, I received an email letting me know that my move out was complete! I guess they noticed I had removed all my stuff and the lock and went ahead and closed out my account, which I really appreciate. Totally awesome facility (even if their bathrooms were out of order when I really, really needed them).”
