We have been very happy with our experience at Key Storage. We have a 35-foot fifth wheel and Callie was very helpful in finding us a good spot for us to park it. They have contacted us several times to let us know that different sites are available if we were interested in moving. Customer service is excellent here, and the staff makes a point to get to know people. We previously stored our RV at a different storage facility in NKY but are much happier with the staff and experience at Key Storage.

Clean and technology is up to date with keyless entry. All office staff I’ve interacted with has been kind and helpful. Kinda pricey, but you get what you pay for.
