“Great service! Friendly and knowledgeable. Store is much larger than it seems from outside. A person from the store said it was 8,000 square feet.I ordered ahead and then picked up. Pro-tip: park at CVS and pop over to Ace. (Shhhh, it’s a secret)”

“I live just down the road and came to my car to go to work and had a flat tire. They quickly pointed me to a patch kit and air compressor and I was out the door. Great price on everything. Everyone here is so friendly and my dog LOVES coming here cause she gets treats and lots of love. Thank you folks for being the friendliest hardware store around!”

“It all ways smells like fresh popcorn when you walk in they sell fresh popcorn and when you walk in the door and they are not helping any one they will ask what your looking for and if you tell them they will take you right to it and ask of you have all the proper tools and will take you to the tools you need and ask if you have any questions about what your getting they try to help the best they can if you live close by and need home improvement or gardening stuff stop in and get what you need for a small business there prices and also great some items are cheaper then big box company's”
“Prices are higher than home depot and other large chain home improvement warehouses, but the people are super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoyed the couple times I've been here.”
“This location is pretty close to where I live so it's really convenient when I'm in a pinch and need an item quickly. Of course they can't really compete with the big box stores on most items as far as pricing goes, but it's a small, local business and you get that fantastic Kentucky welcome every time you walk thru their door.”

“Customer service was great they go by appointments only so don't get here early due to very limited parking. The parking lot can get tight with all the cars but if you know what you're doing it's not a problem. Unloading time took an hour and It's one way in an out if you have a 7:15 am appointment you can park here overnight in dock 3 or 4 if it's available.”
“Was so glad that I drove from Lexington, KY to Florence to work with Jennifer Griggs!! Excellent service, she made time to work with me even though I didn't have an appointment. We remodeled 3 Full Bathrooms and she was wonderful every step of the way! Even had to return a soaker tub I wasn't happy with the size. She quickly helped me find a replacement - Ended up with the Naomi by Barclay! It is FABULOUS!!! Holds heat for over 30 minutes and is wonderful!!!! If you are looking for a soaker tub I would consider looking at this one!! I am very picky about my soaker tub!!!! Will work with Jennifer again on our next project.”

“My husband and my brother in law went to buy a piece of glass to fix my sisters window. We are amateurs and measured the window wrong lol. They had to go back three times before we finally got it right haha but the lady who helped was soooo nice and understanding!!! My husband explained to her that the glass was to fix and a window and he has never done it before, and she told him how to do it!! She made sure he got everything he needed, and he fixed it perfect!!! I just want to say thank you Meyer hardware!! And thank you soooo much nice lady!! Please give her a bonus or something because she is amazing and will keep customers coming back ❤You definitely have a new customer for life!!”
“Had a key made in under 10 minutes. I love it whenever I go. I can always find an experienced person to help me. Much better than the big stores where you have to wander around hoping you will find someone with knowledge.”
“Always clean and organized. Product inventory levels and availability lower than some of the other HF locations. Some of the staffers are friendly and helpful. The new cashier is surly, ill-natured, disrespectful and foul. She acts like she hates the customers, the job, and her life. It's painful to endure her "customer service" , hence the 4 star rating.”
“Took 3 window frames in to have screens replaced and 1 new build. I had no idea the time frame of this but was told it could take up to 2 weeks and the guy would call me when they were done. The next day I got a phone call saying they were ready to be picked up. The quality is fantastic and now the front of my house has all new screens. I can't remember the guy's name but he was very nice and helpful. 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend to anyone! Thank you”
“Has to be the best hardware store hands down of all time. Not only can you get whatever product you may be looking for from concrete to mulch or caulk to screws, or even power tools . But the staff is definitely dedicated to getting you what you need at the lowest cost possible and at the same time treating you with up most dignity and respect. The gentleman named or they call Captain very knowledgeable, not to mention just fun to talk to. Shay and Kelly are absolutely fantastic as well. Keep up the amazing work guys and gals.
