Great service from this team over the years I’ve been using them. Always happy to help, answers the phone or calls back right away, and Connie is super personable. I recently had a weird clause required for my renters insurance and Connie not only helped update all of the information, but she even called the company for me and uploaded my policy for them to review. She couldn’t have done anything more unless she physically became me haha. Connie you have a great team and your service is above and beyond.

I’ve known Connie Coots for over 30 years and she is exactly who you would want for your insurance agent. She’s passionate, caring, honest and one of the most generous human beings I’ve ever met. I read a review that was recently left and just appalled that someone could be so disrespectful & so full of anger that it would push someone much less such a good-hearted professional who’s here to help you when you need her to such a breaking point. If there was a problem I know Connie handled it very calmly & professionally. Please don’t take negative reviews to heart as you never know what kind of person is writing them and I can tell you I’m sad to have read that as I know who she truly is and for a fact that you’ll never be represented by or have anyone work harder for you than Connie. She’s is the most skilled agent there is and her business is always very professional and her goal is to cater to you and give you the best there is to offer when it comes to insurance needs for your & your family. Connie works hard for her clients and community. I’d give her 10 stars if I could as would so many others. Connie we thank you!!!

My recent encounter with Connie Coots from Allstate Insurance left me utterly shocked and profoundly disappointed in the level of professionalism demonstrated. When seeking assistance with my insurance policy, I expected courtesy and helpful guidance, but instead, Connie Coots responded with outright hostility. From the outset of our conversation, her dismissive attitude was evident, and it quickly escalated to a shocking low point when she resorted to using offensive language, telling me to "F*** off," before abruptly hanging up the call. Such behavior from an insurance agent, especially one representing a reputable company like Allstate, is not only unprofessional but also entirely unacceptable. It is vital for customers to be treated with respect and dignity, regardless of the circumstances, and Connie Coots has failed egregiously in this regard.In light of this harrowing experience, I strongly advise others to avoid seeking assistance from Connie Coots at Allstate Insurance. Her behavior not only tarnishes the reputation of the insurance industry but also raises serious questions about the integrity and professionalism of this individual. Insurance agents are entrusted with important matters of financial security, and Connie Coots has demonstrated a severe lack of competence and basic courtesy. My hope is that this review serves as a warning to potential clients who may consider working with her and prompts Allstate Insurance to take appropriate measures to address this shocking lapse in customer service.
