My roommate and I lived at Aspen Pines for a little over a year and we had a wonderful experience! We were pleasantly surprised by how quickly maintenance came every time we submitted a request. We definitely loved and utilized all of the amenities year round, I also thought it was fun that the front office organized bingo and breakfasts for the residents. A much more “young professions”/family vibe rather than a college apartments vibe. Through my time living at Aspen Pines, multiple different people worked in the front office, and we had a wonderful experience with all of them, especially Alane. I really appreciated all of the help I received from Alane throughout my stay at Aspen Pines. I loved that there was plenty of space to walk my dog around the apartment, and that the stations with poop bags were always full. The dog park is fairly small but it was the perfect size to let my dog run around off leash for a bit. Also huge perk that you get parking lots at Aspen Pines!!! Definitely sad I had to move away from Cincinnati, otherwise I’d still be at Aspen Pines.

Worst living experience I ever have!!!1. Maintance took forever to fix the ice maker. I never have a change to use it after till move out. (About 5 months)2. "Pet friendly" but be aware of damaging or dirting the carpret because they will make you pay for replacing it. It is worth mentioning that maintanence guy NEVER took their shoe of went entering the property to fix stuff. And yet it's all on us for the blame.3. Trying to get as much money as they can. When moving in we signed the paperwork for how many keys we receive. When moving out, return the same number of keys. Still get charge for missing keys. When demands for signed paper refuse to show us because they can NOT find it.4. Your packet get stolen sometime :)Will NOT recommend for any of my friends to leave there!

I will continuously update this review as the situation unfolds.- Updated on August 23:A recent development occurred when I received a call from the apartment management. They were interested in discussing the possibility of taking off or updating this review. I appreciate the outreach and the reminder.- Updated August 16th (2 weeks later):After two weeks of back-and-forth, the management offered me an alternative apartment instead of the townhouse. However, I decided to decline the offer. The uncertainty surrounding my application and the inconsistent communication left me hesitant. With my children's well-being in mind, I couldn't afford to take any more risks. It's unfortunate that such treatment was even a possibility.- August 11th:My initial application for this apartment was submitted on August 1st. I received a response on August 2nd, indicating that there was an issue with my application. They assured me that the problem was on their end and not due to any fault on my part. According to their assessment, my income met the necessary criteria, making me eligible for the apartment. "we ran into an issue with your application. It is not your fault; it is completely on our end. You qualify with your income and everything"Upon this positive feedback, I took steps to ensure a smooth transition for my children's schooling, notifying their current school about the impending transfer and coordinating with the new school and nurseries. However, to my surprise, about a week later on August 8th, I was informed that I no longer met the eligibility criteria. The reason cited was that my salary did not meet the requirement of being three times the rent. This seemed contradictory, given their initial confirmation that I qualified, considering that my overall income surpasses three times the rent. My salary alone accounts for twice the rent, and the remaining portion comprises bank transfers. In an attempt to address their concerns, they suggested that I enlist a co-signer, with a stipulation that their income also meets the three times requirement. In response, I reached out to a close friend who is a successful entrepreneur and owns a shipping company complete with a warehouse and a fleet of thirteen trucks. He is also a homeowner with substantial assets. He promptly provided tax statements for both his personal account and his company's account as supporting documents.Regrettably, on August 11th, I received another communication from the apartment management, this time rejecting my application due to "Insufficient Income to Support Rent."This situation is frustrating for me. Since 2010, I've undergone multiple relocations across diverse cities, states, and even countries, inhabiting over a dozen distinct residences. Throughout these transitions, I've never come across any predicaments with rental communities, nor have I failed to meet a monthly rent payment. Notably, my FICO score surpasses 750, and I hold no unresolved debts or financial commitments.I am disappointed by the inconsistency in their assessment and communication, which has led to a frustrating experience. I will continue to seek resolution and keep this review updated accordingly.

My family and I have been living here for around 2 years. We always had a great experience with the people from the office (Megan) and they are helpful. However, the office staff changed recently and since then we started having small issues due to them being unprofessional and not caring, which is why I’m giving it a three.(Edited)

Welcoming. Very nice area. Well maintained property. A bit pricey, but compared to other places this is the better option.

Lived here for a little over a year now! One of the best places I’ve lived. Alane is very friendly and is always there when you have a question. If you submit a maintenance request she is quick to get it taken care of. So kudos to Alane for making sure this place is amazing!

My daughter and I are looking for a new place to live because the place we live now is a health hazard and this place seems nice. I can only give 4 stars because I feel we can’t truly rate fairly since we only visited once. The complex is nice and the office staff was friendly! The only downfall in my opinion is the fact it’s on the top of a steep hill and winter weather might make that quite interesting. Overall, not a bad place.
