They gave us a loan when others wouldn't, so for that, I'm grateful, but the APR is too high for their loans and paying the loans is very difficult using their app and website, we had to call in everytime to make payments. which is why I give 3 stars. The employees were nice though and we never had a bad experience with customer service. Fix the app and website and lower the APR. I'd give 5 stars for service, though.
