Did not give me the best advice at all, quickly done & now i have to take my taxes somewhere else to be amended! Not to mention they helped another customers before me after i had already been there for 2 hours, the other person had just walked in! They only had 1 tax lady working and they were overwhelmed im sure, BUTthats no excuse for not helping me the way they should of! And now i have to get them redone!

I went there for the Emerald Advance. I am not from around there but happened to be in that state that day so I stopped by. Those ladies were WONDERFUL! I had such a great experience. They were very fast, I had my money loaded on my card and out the door in no time. I will be doing my income taxes there from now on. Good job H & R Block of Whitesburg !!
