“The experience was perfect. The associate at the refund counter helped me with setting up the app. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and respectful. The thing I was disappointed in was the 30% coupon received by mail, wasn’t honored on the merchandise (womens) blouse I purchased.
Other than this, all went well.”

Addressing the purse issue. It’s our rules with so many shoplifting these days. If you don’t like it then either put your purse in your car, carry a small crossbody or shop somewhere else. This is a small business and we cannot continue to take the loses. If you take it personally then I have to assume you either have an entitlement issue or you up to no good.
Lastly, to the person that said this is free donations and should be priced lower…this is a consignment shop. Not a thrift store, not a junk store, not a give away station. We sell items for our consignors. Good merchandise, not trash. If you want thrift there are plenty of those around. Please be more aware before throwing out hateful, untruthful reviews.”
“I just love looking in the place. Its a bit pricey and I can get real leather bags, shoes, etc with warranties at other stores for the same price of these boutique stores. But, thats the complaint I have for every boutique store. But, 6th&V is a very cool place with a variety of gifts that some other places, even bigger boutiques in Paducah don't have. The owner is amazingly friendly and as a person of color, I feel more welcomed and less watched when I'm in here...unlike other boutiques in this town/ares. So, I just buy something from her every time I'm there because I love the atmosphere. I do suggest clothing that was more hip and for a younger audience that wasn't so boho-ish. Overall, Great Experience! I love going in here!”

“I cannot say enough good things about the team at the store! I had a complicated return from two separate online orders, quite a few exchanges, and I really wanted a pair of pants that I had bought online in the incorrect size, but they were not available online or in store. The team at the Kentucky Oaks Old Navy worked, literally, over an hour on this return/exchange, AND(!!!) were able to call two different stores to see if I could get the pants in the size I needed and then got them shipped directly to my house! Not to mention I was having issues with my Old Navy credit card (my fault entirely), and they held some additional purchases for me until I could get my credit card issue sorted. Shout out to: Megan, Stephanie, Mitch, and Chance for going above and beyond, having amazing customer service, and all together being just wonderful and lovely people while I was their problem child, lol. These people deserve a raise!”
“We were visiting from out town and I wanted to stop here because of the reviews I read online. Very favorable! Close on-street parking, super friendly customer service. Upon entering the store we were welcomed and told about the current sales. I believe this may have been the owner working. Displays were nicely done. Second Time Around seems to sell primarily clothing S-3XL sizes, shoes, handbags, accessories, but there was a room in the back of the store that had furniture and nice higher-end home decor. Would love see an expanded menswear section. I found the prices to be reasonable. We weren't looking for anything in particular and I was lucky to score an upscale branded blouse for only $3! Store is easy to shop and not overly crammed with merchandise, which I appreciate. They've got some cute fall sweaters for sale right now. Masks required. Recommend!”

“I ordered a pair of boots for my wife online. They came in with a defective zipper. The ladies at the store in the mall we're awesome. Very friendly and professional. They acted like it was there fault I was having trouble and kept apologizing. They really cared that I was having trouble. They fixed me up with another order and it left me feeling bad that I haven't shopped there a lot before. I will definitely check for things there more often. If you don't find what you need in the store, go online and have it shipped there for free. You'll be glad you did.”
