Car Rental in West Paducah, KY

“This Review is based solely on my experience and personal opinion:I rented a car from Enterprise on Nov the 26th. thru Nov the 28th., and it was my very first time here.Now, I had to be 100% objective and mention the fact that this is a very small airport, which means that some days the airport has very little passengers arriving and leaving and some day has no passengers at all.That being said we can understand a lot about this specific Enterprise agency.When I arrived the agency was open and the representative was there, but the day of my departure I walked up to the desk and there was none at the agency, I waited 10 minutes and a young girls showed up, got my keys and gave me the invoice. I wasn't surprised at all that she wasn't there, as in many small airports I traveled to there is no actual office/agency.... you get there and the car is waiting for you at the Enterprise parking lot and the keys are inside. When you leave you park your car just where you got it and you drop off the keys in the drop-off box. just as simple as that.back to the review:CAR: my car was exactly what I was expecting, no surprises. The car was clean and disinfected. The car had NO weird odors. The car had full tank of Gas. The car was easy to locate in the small parking lot.STAFF: Both representatives (young girls) did not really welcome me, sort of dry, and they were not friendly, but they did what they were supposed to. Odd thing: The girl that was there when I got the car made me sign thousand pages... and I was surprised as I had never signed a single page at an Enterprise agency at the time of my pickup. The girl that was there at the drop-off wasn't really ready when I asked her an invoice, but she was nice enough to get me one in ten minutes.CONCLUSIONS: Overall a positive experience considering the size of the airport. would I book it again? I have no choice. bottom line is....if you travel to Paducah KY by plane, that is the only car rental agency available at the airport, so you have no choice.”
