These ladies were AMAZING! They completely catered to my daughter. They weren’t pushy, and recommended that I take pics of all the dresses she tried on as they knew we were going to shop around. After driving all over the place, we went back and she found the dress that she loves! We went to another popular formal store and they didn’t have hardly anything above a size 10. Not all girls are a size 0 or 4. I would highly suggest to go and check them out! Top Notch customer service! Kudos to this business

Shopping for a dress for my senior recital. Everything is super organized, color, shape, size, style, etc. as soon as I walked in, someone came to help, and were super personable and kind. Found the dress I wanted and bought it within 30 minutes of being there. Will absolutely come here to find my wedding dress!

I'd love to give this place 5 stars, because the staff there seemed very friendly, professional, and welcoming. However, it was our experience that this store was nowhere near size inclusive. We were looking for prom dress for a teenager who wears a size 12/14 clothes, which as I was told later at a different store, would translate to a 16/18 in formal dress. While there were probably a couple thousand dresses in the store, we only found a few that were even close to the size we needed. And while we watched employees pull dresses off the rack to bring to other shoppers fitting rooms, we did not receive the same courtesy. The girl helping us was very friendly, but she did just stand outside the dressing room while the one dress we found among the few available was tried on (it was too small). Perhaps it was because there weren't any other options for her to bring? I realize it's possible that the larger sizes had sold out or something, which with the plethora of dresses in sizes 0-10 still available, it would seem to me that the most lucrative move would be to stock more of the dress sizes that sell fastest. And also, we did give them her size when we got there and were not advised that there wouldn't be anything available. I believe that this store simply targets a specific body type and does not stock much for anyone outside that mold. I can't speak to what is available in the wedding dress section, but formal prom and homecoming dresses had more variety and availability as the sizes got smaller. It was our first stop of the day while dress shopping, and it really set the tone for disappointment and upset my teen. It's also worth noting that the base price for a dress here is about $550 minimum, and some we glanced at were over $1000. There is a sale section of dresses with minor flaws or damage that were available for lower cost, but there was nothing available that would have fit a size 12/14 girl. The dresses were gorgeous. The staff was friendly and attentive (not necessarily to us, but in general), and the store felt modern and comfortable. Every store we visited after that was either size inclusive on their racks, or offered to order her size in dresses she liked but weren't available in store. And so we happily gave our business to one of those. My husband and I have a total of 5 more proms coming in the next few years for our three teens. And sadly our experience here has shown us where not to shop for them. I do hope that this is not the norm at Anne's Bridal and that we caught them during some sort of inventory problem. But, no explanation, advice, or assistance was offered so I was left to wander out of the store empty handed with a tearful teen in tow. If you're working with a big budget and a tiny body, this place will be great. Otherwise, I'd make it a last resort.

These ladies are FANTASTIC! I had to bring my baby when I tried dresses on and bring my baby and toddler when I went to buy my dress and they were super sweet and patient with me. I showed them a picture and they picked out PERFECT dresses for me to try one! I 100% recommend these guys to anyone!

If you want the full on wedding dress shopping experience, this is not the place to go to. When we walked in, no one greeted us. The dresses that I was interested in, they had nothing of, which seems weird for it to be a bridal shop. They didn’t have many dresses to pick from. Most all bridal shops have a nice display area with a mirror for you to view your dress at with your guest. They had a step stool for you to stand on! This place needs some major renovations and need to make upgrades to their bridal experiences. It is very important for brides to enjoy their bridal experiences. Most places offer you a drink and snack, and have your name hanging up by your dressing room. This place, you do everything on your own just about. I would avoid going here if you can!

I was very disappointed in Ann's bridal they had my daughter's dress to have slight alterations done for a month, changed her appointment time for a day early without telling anybody at Ann's, they hadn't even started on her dress when we got there,so another trip back She going out of town for her wedding Monday.BAD business........

I've noticed that they've turned off posting reviews. I wish I had seen your review prior to going to look for a vow, renewal dress. I am new to the area and drove an hour after making an appointment I was somewhat greeted at the door by Jennifer I told her I had an appointment, and what I was looking for even though I had exchanged many messages with them, I was looking for a vow renewal dress for our 20th wedding anniversary and before she asked me what I was looking for it was more about how much I wanted to spend. When I told her what price range I was looking she took me back to the 50% off racks, and then proceeded to tell me to look through the dresses to see if I could find anything even though I explain to her what I was looking for. I was a bit shocked at the customer service. I thought I made an appointment for her to help me find a dress, so I proceeded to dig through the racks and found a couple of dresses. I went to the dressing room, and each time had a holler for her to help me zip up the dress she found one last dress for me to Try on, and out of all of them, I was so unsure, I sent pictures to my daughters and it was their least favorite so before checking out I stopped told them I wasn't sure about it and continue to look again by myself. Mind you I was the only one in the store. I then found Jennifer an asked her if there was anything else that they had And she said no I guess because I wasn't looking in the $3000 plus range they weren't interested in me. I purchased the dress and drove away with half of a heart. It wasn't the dress. at no point and nowhere was I told that they were a final sale only. I did notice when they told me this that there was a Sales a sales agreement to my original receipt but it was a sales agreement that I didn't sign. They are refusing to refund my money they kept the dress so I'm not getting my money or the dress, when I contacted who I believe is the owner, she is a complete liar, telling me I was telling them how much I loved the dress those words never came out of my mouth on top of that their big platform you need to step up to to get to the register. I had completely forgotten, and when I stepped off, I completely jarred my back and immediately told Jennifer, but they wrote nothing up at the store in regards to me, injuring myself. This place is extremely overpriced, lack customer service, and failed to tell their customers that everything in their store is final sale. Don't go there. You will absolutely regret it and let me end this by saying this is not my first dress by. I had three daughters, who I purchased formals and prom dresses for each three times and never had an issue with the places I purchased from.

We went to this store looking for my wedding dress this last weekend. The staff did not listen to what style of dress I wanted and kept on showing dresses that were too different and not conservative enough for my style. They seemed disinterested and rude. Wedding dress shopping is a once in a lifetime and special experience, and they definitely did not make it feel that way. I do not recommend going to this place for wedding dress shopping.

My experience at Anne's Bridal was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was so nice, patient and accommodating! My stylist Katie was a dream to work with! Katie made feel at ease and comfortable. I was so stressed at the beginning because of my first appointment elsewhere, but Katie made me feel Instantly calm! I just knew when I first walked into Anne's that I would find my dream dress, and I did! If you want a stress-free, fun experience when shopping for your wedding dress, I recommend Anne's 100%!!

Huge selection of gowns for weddings, proms, homecoming, etc. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable.
