Why isn’t a tow yard open on a Sunday and no number to call anybody to come out and help you get you’re vehicle out Like not cool at all do we get charged the storage fee for the day cause you don’t want to come to work on a Sunday or hire someone to work Sunday At the least like come on leave a personal cell phone number something You get one star because you really cost me thousands today being closed

Sent my wife to get a few small things done with the car. Under car shield installed and wind shield washer reservoir replaced. Wife pays $450 Drives to Chicago with out checking anything and pays the money. I look at the car and the shield is half way hanging off and no fluid in the reservoir. Ok whatever I'll just go to the store and pick up a jug. Top it off get in the car I can here the motor running but nothing is coming out. Look carefully at the reservoir and it's dirty looking. So looks like they used some old piece of crap from LKQ that's clogged up. How does a business not have enough common sense to to check their work? Pay a hefty price for half a** job. They say buy local, well if you are working with people who have limited education, it makes it a tough to want to do.
