Management is untrained and incompetent in how workers are treated, especially when everyone is working overtime along with 6 days a week. Mosr educated managers understand that employees need support and motivation to keep working long hours during seasons of high demand. Instead, management decides that during these difficult and extra busy periods it is best to keep employees in the teeth. Wow! My grandmother could manage employees better. It's an ego trip for them. And they wonder whyvthey can't meet quota!

The most hostile toxic place I ever worked at. lots of Nepotism going on. Nepotism is what management uses to run this business. if you report to management, they will retaliate against you with their unskilled family members. if you want to give up all your human rights and let the treat you like a slave and degrade you as a person, this would be the place for you to work at. The pay is good and high for the location. if you're not Caucasian then you have a less opportunity here compare to a person that is Caucasian.

Some of the rudest, hateful people to work around ! Not all, but main management, no wonder they are constantly hiring! Too many people from the same family in higher positions & it's not even a family owned business. Obviously a " I will scratch your back if you bend over" place of business!

Just started 2 weeks ago, so far it's great. Better pay than any other entry level jobs in the area, great training, easy work. Weekends off, Monday thru Friday 730a-4p
