We absolutely love KinderCare Richwood. Our daughter has been going there since she was 3months old and will be turning 2 next week! From the time she was in the infant room, to now, we have had only positive experiences.The facility is clean, inviting, rarely to never smells, all the staff we have encountered are friendly and know my daughter by name! She has not once come home with diaper rash and is typically clean and well kempt at pick up. If her diaper is solid when I get there (which is rare) they never hesitate to offer to change her quickly. We always receive incident reports timely and have never had to question an unexplained scratch, red mark, bite mark etc. I have never questioned her safety or well-being while at the center.I can see the effort they put into their curriculum; my daughter has learned so much! They do many different fun activities that the children love while also incorporate learning.Aside from all that, what truly makes this center amazing is the staff!The Director Ms. Heather is such a ray of sunshine, always greeting you with a smile! You can tell she loves what she does and loves the children in the center. She is constantly helping in the classrooms and interacting with the children. My daughter loves her dearly, she is always sure to find Ms. Heather before we leave for a hug goodby and even sometimes asks for her at home :)!The assistant director Ms. Judy is equally as wonderful! She is kind and gentle and she too is often found helping in the classrooms and caring for the children. She has been with the center for a long time, and you can see the hard work and diligence she puts in to ensure they run as a well-oiled machine!Ms. Felecia is my daughter's current teacher, and we just adore her, as does my daughter. Felecia has such a calm presence; you can't help but feel calm when around her even amongst the chaos of toddlers! She is great with the kids, showing patience and understanding. She is diligent in communication and sending updates and pictures throughout the day with detailed notes on what they are doing in the pictures! I just love receiving these! She often gives me feedback at pick up on how my daughter is doing or complementing a new learned skill. She pays attention to the small things, and this shows!Ms. Audrey is fantastic! She was my daughter's teacher when she was in the one-year-old room however she's now in the infant room. She is approachable and makes you feel like you are a rock star parent! I can't tell you how many times I have shared my "mom fails" with her, she listens without judgement and helps me to laugh at myself!Every teacher we have met have been outstanding. Shout out to Ms. Maddie, Ms. Haleigh, Ms. Nicole, Ms. Rachel and Ms. Hayleigh. They may not be my daughter's direct teacher but have been involved with her in some way, either in the mornings in the gym, helping out during breaks or in the afternoons. All such lovely ladies with a passion for the work they do! (I apologize if I am missing anyone)I wanted to leave this review in light of Teacher Appreciation Week! I hope all the teachers at the center know how much they are truly appreciated. Those we entrust our children with when we can't be there is such an important role and they become like family. The teachers at KinderCare Richwood hold true to this, we could not have asked for a better center for our daughter. Thank you all for all that you do!

My daughter started daycare at 2 years old and the directors and teachers have all done a fabulous job with her transition. She loves Miss Nicole and wants to play “teacher game” when she gets home. She pretends to be Miss Nicole and takes great care of her “class” of stuffed animals. We are so thankful for a great center and staff!

KinderCare is a great place to send your kids. The center is clean, with recently replaced hallway floors, and they have an indoor gym/outdoor play set for the kiddos to play. The toddler teachers provide lots of updates throughout the day with descriptions/pictures. I love knowing my child is having fun doing art projects, dancing, reading books, & learning something new with the monthly curriculum they offer. Ms Audrey & Ms Michelle in the infant room take such great care of my baby. They ensure safe sleep, regularly change diapers and are interactive with him by doing sensory activities/tummy time. The director & assistant director, Ms Heather & Ms Judy, are always responsive to any of my questions/concerns and seem to make a connection with each child/family.

We have been at KinderCare for 9 months now. I love all the engaging activities they do to help make my two year so well rounded. All of the singing, music and art are so appreciated. I will never forget how welcoming and loving Ms. Audrey was when dropping off our son the first week. Our son loved being in Ms. Felicia's class. We would pick him up and HE would make sure put his toys away before he left. She worked with them on cleaning up. It was amazing. Ms. Nicole in the two year old has been awesome at keeping us informed about his day! We appreciate EVERYONE at Kindercare so much!

We love Kindercare Walton!! Our daughter loves going to daycare everyday, which makes it so much easier. Ms Heather and Ms Judy are both so engaged and always go the extra mile. Special shout out to Ms Felicia and Ms Nicole, who are absolutely amazing in the toddler rooms! Thank you kindercare for everything you do daily!

We love the Walton Kindercare. Both Heather and Judy are extremely accommodating and responsive to anything we may need. Our daughter is in Ms. Hayleigh’s toddler class and we have nothing but great things to say about her. She keeps us updated throughout the day and posts in depth comments on everything they are learning, almost as if we are there with her. We love it!

We love KinderCare!! My child’s teacher is amazing I can tell my daughter loves her and she has learned so much. I want to give a shout-out to miss Hayleigh my daughters teacher for doing a fantastic job. We love KinderCare at Walton/Richwood. My daughter looks forward to going to daycare everyday. She is learning so many new things and I love getting photos, videos and notes throughout the day about how she is doing on the KinderCare app. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and I know my daughter is safe and well taken care of.

EDIT/UPDATE******Our son spent 5 months at this center and it was amazing. The ONLY reason we left is because we moved out of state. We had the absolute best experience here! The management team and teachers were phenomenal. We even noticed the QUALITY of care our son received at this center when we moved to another. The staff does a really good job at keeping parents in the loop and updated throughout the day. We were so sad to leave but we are forever grateful for the experience we had here. ?We are finishing up the 2nd week of sending our son to this location (soon to be 3yo) - to say the experience has been wonderful so far would be an understatement. It has been the most pleasant transition - everyone is so nice, the facility appears very clean, and most importantly we have a very happy kid. The management team along with our sons teacher really have impressed us!We tried The Goddard in Florence and after 3 days pulled our son due to it not being a good fit. The owner/staff there were insanely impatient and cold with our son who had never been in a structured environment before. The experience there had given us so much anxiety about placing our son in daycare/school we were afraid to try anywhere else.We live 2 minutes from Walton Kindercare so I decided to call and even from initial conversations prior to meeting- Judy and Marie were amazing and incredibly accommodating.Although we have only been going for 2 weeks- this center and the people who work there have been a great blessing to our family! I will absolutely update this review as time goes on but I have very high hopes that it will only get better.

I am really glad I brought my child to KinderCare. The best decision I have made so far when it comes to daycare. My son is having so much fun and he is learning a lot. He hardly eats other daycare’s food but he loves KinderCare’s food and I see pictures of him eating. I am so happy. I am so happy I really can’t contain that joy that’s why I decided to write this review. If you are thinking of a caring place to take your kid KinderCare is the best place.

We LOVE kindercare at walton! We chose this daycare because many people in our neighborhood recommended it. We have had nothing but great experience so far. The directors Marie and Judy and all my son's teachers are very caring and loving. I love the app that allows me to see his daily updates, pictures, and videos. We are leaving only because my current work schedule does not work out, but we will definitely consider coming back next year. Highly recommend this daycare to everyone!

As a parent, We feel really grateful for the love and care she receives. The facility appears clean and safe. We receive daily reports which tell us how she eats, play and sleeps it gives an confidence of how safe she is and she is experiencing fun at kindercare. Love seeing the positive progress of my daughter day by day. The days are better because her teacher Ms. Becky keep posting the real-time pictures and videos of my kid and We felt our daughter is happy, safe and learning at Kindercare and we must thank the wonderful team Ms. Becky, Ms. Judy & Ms. Marie.

As a mom of 5, I have sent 3 children to Walton Kindercare. The current team is the best it’s been in a long while. My 11 yr old started at Kindercare when it was under another company. Many changes have happened and now my 5 yr old and 3 yr old love it! Miss Marie and Miss Judy run a great program. The teachers are dedicated and many have been there for a very long time thru 3 acquisitions. The stars aligned for me this time around and my kids couldn’t be happier!

We have a now 11 month old and 3 year old at Kindercare in Walton. We’ve been to a couple different daycares in the past; we are extremely pleased with this one! The teachers are absolutely fantastic, and the kids learn so much with the curriculum that’s in place. I highly recommend this daycare to anyone!

I have 2 kids enrolled here, and we've had nothing but great experiences. The teachers, director and assistant director are professional, kind and supportive. They really have the children's best interest at heart. My kids love going, and they have learned so much. I'm amazed at the things they tell me about their day when they get home. I can't say enough good things!
