“My jeep broke down on the side of 75, Chris was extremely respectful and responsive when picking us up from our tow. We unfortunately needed some transmission work, which Cozine was able to take care of for a great price.
The Cozine’s did a hell of a job fixing my jeep and made sure it was safe to be back on the road. Everyone was extremely kind and professional when explaining what repairs I needed, while also being transparent about pricing and labor.

“I do not know where to start with this review. My wife and daughter got a flat on a Sunday heading back to TN. Rocky went out of his way to take care of them, which even though we never met, I will always be thankful to him for. He was (1) extremely professional, (2) knew his stuff, (3) had inventory that no other big retailer had, (4) was able to work fast, (5) and was overly fair with his pricing. He ended up actually patching the tire, which another big retailer told my wife was not possible. After he finished patching the tire, my wife tried to tip him but he would not take it, just a great person. Wish we lived closer to Florence, KY, I know where my family would be taking my cars. Thanks Rocky for treating my family so well.”

I had a completely great experience from start to finish. Stacy is AWESOME to work with and takes your concerns very seriously. I had to have all my brakes repaired. They take pictures of the inspections, review everything with you and address any concerns. I was there about 3.5 hours which is extremely fast for a full brake service and replacement parts for both axles. Luckily they had all the parts. All the staff and mechanics are great and very professional.
I would also recommend going on their website to schedule the appointment if it's not a last minute issue.”
“Jose and his crew were the best! We were driving on the interstate when our car started making a weird noise. We couldn’t figure out what was wrong on our own. Everywhere else was closed due to it being Labor Day Weekend. Jose was very helpful and informative. They were very quick and communicative. Jose printed out a diagram to demonstrate exactly what they repaired and the part number that we would need to get once we reached our destination, as they could only do a temporary fix. Latinos welcome!”

The manager Tonia not only fit me in on a already full schedule, but really made the whole experience as streamlined as possible. The tech crew was courteous, efficient and fast, and also went over the process with me, identifying other issues with my car but didn't try to upsell me on repairs. 100% would recommend this business.”
