I bought a 2004 Toyota Prius from Cyle and he's probably the nicest most professional person I've ever met. We are on our third purchase from tiptons. All 3 experiences have been amazing. Most comfortable I've ever been purchasing a car. Our first purchase was 3 years ago and the car is still running great and super reliable. Second was purchased over a year and a half ago and is also still running great. So when it was time to replace my wife's car I didn't hesitate to contact them. Cyle found the exact car I was looking for and within a week it was ready for us to come look at and test drive. Like the other 2 previous purchases the process was very easy and comfortable. Now we own nothing but tiptons cars and I don't think we will ever consider looking anywhere else for a used car.

I cannot say enough about how the whole Tipton family went above and beyond what any dealership would do. Cyle and Jim who I dealt with personally were outstanding. I felt like I bought the car from a family member. I could not be happier. As good as it gets.

I put a deposit down of 900 dollars . Only to not get a car. But the ppl there tried to help me out regardless. Tried to help me find a loan and even extended the time for me to get the money. I wasn't able to get it on time was not refunded. But that was my fault and a lesson well learned . Overall good customer service and a respectful company.

My family and I really enjoyed our experience working with Cyle and the folks at Tipton's. They made the vehicle purchasing process smooth and hassle free without any pressure or gimmicks! When we purchased our Chrysler van recently from them they were super responsive and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with the purchase. My wife loves the van and it has made our life significantly easier with being able to move the kids and such. Thanks again Cyle! TREATED ME LIKE FAMILY! I was wanting an older Toyota Corolla with low miles and came across Tipton's. They had two that looked really great with lots of photos. I liked the initial response from the company, so I decided it was worth the drive to check them out. I was greeted by Cyle and was happy to find they were exactly as pictured, clean and well-maintained! I test drove both and decided on the '06 (only 69K) but wanted to get a used car inspection, which they were completely agreeable to.Everything checked out and I feel for what I paid, this was a great deal. Since I was shopping alone without my husband, I truly appreciated that I was not treated in a condescending way, like so many other car places I have been to in the past. I love my new ride and will definitely recommend them. Thank you for going above & beyond to make this the best & easiest car buying experience I have ever had!
