I was traveling to Pennsylvania from Texas I was very tired and I meant a young man that works there that helped me get there and he wasn't even on the clock yet. After getting to the TA he chatted with me for almost 45 minutes to make sure I was okay and getting me to rest before I started traveling the rest of the way. I am 60 and this was a young man I didn't catch his name which I regret. But there are some people out there in the world that are concerned about people even when they're not at work. Kudos to the young man in the black lifted Dodge that works there. For the rest of the TA it was very clean and everybody that worked there was polite and helpful.

It's really nice and clean. So was the shower I got... but like I've just readso many reviews. The WATERS COLD! You can't even take a hot shower!? This is a remodeled ta and my question is WHY ARE THE SHOWERS COLD!? THIS IS RIDICULOUS! As a driver. This is the only time we have to relax and the water is cold. Come on!

I have been eating breakfast here every morning M-F. The past two mornings they have no breakfast. This morning at 845 am they had salisbury steak and brussel sprouts because no one showed up to cook breakfast. I will won't go out of my way to be eat breakfast there anymore

Stopped in for an air leak. Thankfully didn't take long to get in. However, the mechanic broke the handle to pop the hood. Then proceeded to charge me for the handle and repair. Service lady the one that wears the camo hat started getting really rude and was rude throughout my stay. I did my best to descalate, with even trying to direct my business with the other lady instead. However, the ride lady kept interjecting herself. I asked the mechanic about the handle and asked why was he trying to pop the hood when I already popped the hood. He's response was most drivers don't pop the hood. When I asked why did no one think to check the hood he shrugged and mentioned volvos are notorious with the handle. After getting the estimate, we refused service mostly due to items being randomly added like 10 gallons of coolant. Which is weird for an air compressor swap... especially knowing you can clamp the lines and not lose any coolant. Also, 1200+ for an air compressor is a lil too much to stomach.
Finally, they charged me 2.5 hours of service for the estimate and handle repair that they broke plus the handle. Additionally, they refused to give me the original estimate.
Rude staff, unnecessary charges, charging for their mistakes is way more than enough to avoid this ta at all costs.

If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I like TA and Petro but for the last several years the company has really gone downhill. They have not invested any money in the big truckstops and instead are focused on these express truckstopstrying to compete with pilot. It always takes 45 minutes to get in and get some fuel and leave because you got all these trucks parked in the fuel island taking their 30 minute break, getting their sody water or whatever and doing everything except getting their fuel and leaving, the final straw was when I came in here on a reserve parking reservation and before I couldn’t even set my break, I was being accosted by their rent a cop( some crotchety old guy) Needless to say he was complete jerk ( threatening to have my truck towed threatening to have me put in jail… Etc. Simply for calling him out on his BS) and we had words and I ended up getting a refund and leaving. This is the last time I will never do business with TA/ Petro

Some "smart" person looked at this place and said.. I'm gonna design the worst entrance/exit for a truckstop that anyone has seen and also it's paired with a 10 second green left arrow light when exiting to the interstate... Needs redesign!

It’s not the employees fault but this place is really tight and they really really need to buy that land next to them and make the entrance and exit bigger because when it’s busy people can’t get out

Paid for a shower and got the towels and stuff just like every truckstop gives you when you pay.No extra accessories or accommodations .Why isthere a tip cup in the shower room?
