I found the perfect veterinarian. James Simpson and the nurse working with him could not have been more patient with my dog. And the bill shocked I thought for sure it was going to be more.

Simpson has the best vets and the friendliest caring staff. From the ladies that greet you when you arrive to the Dr. that handles my elderly dog issues. I feel confident that my furbaby/dog is handled with professional care from the time we arrive until the time we go home.We both feel Special. The only place I would go for great care.

This place is top notch! From the moment you arrive at the front desk and onward. Dr. Anna is absolutely amazing ♥️ Want to talk about compassion, empathy, intelligence, integrity, professionalism, holistic, realistic, and down to earth? Dr Anna is all of this and so much more. And she will leave no stone unturned when diagnosing your precious furry friend ? I cannot give her enough praise!

Dr. Ann was amazing. I kept praying for someone or something to help my little guy. And Dr.Ann was that answer to my prayer. She saved my little guy. Dr. Simpson kept in touch with me and let me know step by step how he was doing and what was going on. He's not out of the woods yet. But what I do know is that he is in great hands. Thank you for all you all do.

My wife was quoted $1200 to get 2 kittens neutered. I went to pick up Finn and Stabler yesterday and was told the final bill was $594.90. I was truly surprised.

Took my wolf hybrid there for ear infection and skin allergy. Flushed ears and put medication in them said it was a yeast infection gave him 3 different medications to take at home finished the medication next morning had no desire to eat would still drink by not eat this was on a Fridasomr more antibiotic to take and sy took him back Monday did blood work said all they could find was his white blood count was up and ear still had some infection in it gave him a shot for nausea and another antibioticstill wouldn't eat by Wednesday evening he started having trouble picking up his back end to walk Thursday morning had no control of back end by this point passed away Thursday night I don't understand what happened and they couldn't tell us either but a thousand dollars later and the only thing they said was wrong was a yeast infection in ears and skin allergy makes no sense never if I have another animal will I ever go back there again I don't trust them nor obviously they don't have a clue what is wrong with an animal.

STAY AWAY !
Cost me $1000s and wasted my time.
I have lost faith in them
Beagle had a growth on his hind.
They referred me to a surgeon who I found out rented a room in a Georgetown Ky Vets office.
This so call surgeon charged me $1500 to do preliminary work. I spent 5 hours and a trip to Gtown to have this done.
I am a committed pet owner who wishes to keep them healthy as long as I can.
Then called a said they would like to schedule a traveling surgeon from Louisville to do the surgery!!!! For an additional $3000 with many warnings of how dangerous this could be.
So they are incapable of doing anything but take my $$$
Switched to Union pet hospital and they set us up to have a surgery in Erlanger for a bit over $1000
Months later and the beagle is healthy as he was pre surgery.
Lesson learned stay away !

Dr. Simpson was able to properly diagnose my cat and if not for him, I'm sure my fur baby would not have made it. She was losing weight fast and had been misdiagnosed by two other vets. God Bless Dr. Simpson and staff!

******0 stars I have been using Dr Simpson for 10 yrs. That didn't matter to him. I have spent $1000's of dollars I am a small breeder. He claimed that I missed 3 appts which was absolutely not true. He said his computer keeps track. I did miss this last one because my MIL passed away we actually got the call on the way to the appt I called immediately to cancel . So I called the next day and he said I would need to pay a deposit to bring my dogs there. Mind you I just spent $7-800 this month there. I have never been more mortified or just sick that anyone would treat a client of 10 plus years like this. I absolutely would not recommend anyone spend any money at this VET. It Must be about money only and not the relationship with the animals or client. I was made to feel like I was a liar. I am appalled at the treatment I receive.

Had to say goodbye to my baby Dexter on the 12th. I can’t express enough how much I appreciate the loving, understanding, and caring support I received at one of the most difficult times. I was treated with respect and heartfelt support by everyone on staff. Thank you so much.

They squeezed our boy Bruce in on Saturday. It was time for him to be put to sleep. They were very welcoming and understanding. They walked and talked us through the process. They were on the floor with us as said our goodbyes. We brought Bruce home. Clean. Reasonable cost.
