This would be a great place for a pharmacy. Had a prescription called in on Thursday showed up Sunday to get it, didn't have it ready. Won't have it ready until tomorrow afternoon. I was told that they didn't realize that it had even been called in. If this was a life-or-death situation, people would be in trouble. This pharmacy needs to step up its game.
This isn't the first time this has happened. This happens all the time and I am not sure why but it does

I have my medicine on auto refill this place is super fast I can just run thru the drive thru and don’t have to wait ever unless it’s a new prescription

Instead of dealing with the people who have their prescriptions ready they have people whose meds aren't ready stand at the counter for minutes on end while they get theirs ready, meanwhile I waited no less than 20 minutes waiting in line behind them, I had already let them get away with an action that would warrant a HIPA fine in the past, I had perishables in the car and was pissed at the situation, I would advise you to go to the Independence Kroger pharmacy since they seem to have a little more sense about them.

I hardly ever fill out a review but responding to prior review by Heather about Walton Kroger pharmacy. I have been a customer there for years. I have never had a prescription not ready when informed one was & never encountered anyone rude. Thanks.

I can’t remember the pharmacist name, but what a savior she is. My doctor sent a prescription in for my morning sickness that has been controlling my life. The medication was not covered by my insurance making it $400. This pharmacist found all the coupons, and deals she could to help me out and got it down to $118. And went the extra mile to find a pharmacy that was carrying it today, so I didn’t have to wait until Monday. I have never encountered someone so sweet, and caring! I normally don’t even write reviews, but I had to about her! I hope she sees this. She has saved me money, and a weekend of being miserably sick!

Every month I have to get my meds refilled per script every month i have to have the office and re submit my scripts despite the office having called in multiple refills. On top of that several of them a rude one unkempt looking are always rude non professional !

Used for years no real problems. When COVID hit prescriptions are seldom ready on time, or they don't have enough to fill your scrip. We switched to Walton Pharmacy.

Seriously the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. It takes days to get your prescription filled and they are so rude. Do not use the pharmacy. This wasn’t a one time occurrence either. This was my regular pharmacy but switching due to having problems every single time.

This is not my usual Kroger pharmacy but I had just had OP surgery on my foot. I was bleeding g and in pain. I asked if they could fill my anti biotic here so I could go straight home.They had me out there in 7 minutesHowever was on March 15th @ 6:20 PM, thank you!

Walton Kroger Pharmacy is the absolute worst ran pharmacy with horrible customer service. They never have medication ready even after sending a message it's done, the wait is ridiculous and the people are rude. Never again we moved to Walton Pharmacy who are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING.

Called in 2 medications friday morning to be ready by 1pm friday. Get there wait 30 mins in line to be told they have one ready the other wont be ready till Monday. Drive thru is not open. Last time i refill at this unprofessional place.

Waited in the drive through window for 30 minutes people looking at me knowing im there. Even rung the call button no answer. So then i go into pharmacy and wait anothwr 30 min for q 4 person line just to get some rude sevrvice. Oh forgot to mention the line drive throughline was being helped as soon as i got in line. And then they cleared the drive through. Go somewhere else.
