“One of the cleanest showers I've seen at a pilot. To my surprise even the fan and trash are clean. Towels are like new and not overly worn out/stained. This facility only has 3 out of the 5 showers working so they get 4 stars from me. Only about 15 parking spaces outside so if looking for somewhere to spend the night get here early. As of 5/11/2023 12 PM”

“This place just can't be missed.It's a perfectly normal looking, newish gas station with a Wendy's attached. We stopped along a trip from Georgia to Michigan because we needed to replace a wiper refill and it looked well-lit, and we needed a pit stop anyway.The store itself is clean and well stocked, the Wendy's was fast and friendly. And then there's the women's room.Y'ALL THEY HAVE MFING DISCO LIGHTS IN THE LADIES ROOM AND A BIG RED BUTTON TO ACTIVATE THEM.In my shock and fear of embarrassing myself in public, I wussied out and didn't push the button. My boyfriend says there's no disco lights in the men's, sadly. Next time we make this trip, though, I am TOTALLY stopping back by and taking video.”

“Even though it's out of my way on my commute after the new TA opened up the road, I still go here daily. I find the staff to be uncommonly pleasant and helpful. Always clean and stocked on whatever you need. Gas prices are always on the low end for the Greater Cincinnati area.”
“Friendly delivery however the yearly charge to use your product(propane) I feel shouldn’t be necessary! The tank has been repainted by me due because it needed it. Big eye sore since the day it was delivered. I believe your customer should be able to purchase your used tank at a reasonable price!”
“Not the typical Pilot Travel Center that I am used to stopping at. This location is smaller, and is more like a normal convenience store gas station. Nice selection of snacks, drinks, and other merchandise for travelers. Restroom was pretty clean too. Gas prices are definitely cheaper than California! If you find yourself in this part of Kentucky, then this Pilot Travel Center is a good place to stop at.”

“I was traveling to Pennsylvania from Texas I was very tired and I meant a young man that works there that helped me get there and he wasn't even on the clock yet. After getting to the TA he chatted with me for almost 45 minutes to make sure I was okay and getting me to rest before I started traveling the rest of the way. I am 60 and this was a young man I didn't catch his name which I regret. But there are some people out there in the world that are concerned about people even when they're not at work. Kudos to the young man in the black lifted Dodge that works there. For the rest of the TA it was very clean and everybody that worked there was polite and helpful.”
