“I will tell you that your employees truly made my visit a memorable one. I was purchasing cleaning supplies, and had a couple of bags that were pretty heavy. Felicia and Quin certainly went the extra mile, as after Felicia double bagged my cleaning sprays, she asked Quin to grab a cart for me. I told them I would be fine, and I would gladly (try;)) to carry all my bags myself. Quin said that she would be happy to walk to my car with me, because she knew I probably had way too many bags to carry on my own. Service with a smile, and going the extra mile really isn’t that common anymore. It was so refreshing.”
“This is a consistently good Dollar Tree location. The store is located in a good area, the building exterior and parking lot are in good condition with no pot holes.
The store associates are friendly and accurate. Shelves are well stocked & organized. Prices are reasonable. Store is clean but all the glass in the entryway needs a serious sparkle & shine clean up.”

“I really like this DG, the store is always cleaned and well stocked, bath room is usually clean with toilet paper available, (I mention it only because it happens) the guy on the night shift is friendly enough, and one of the customers was handing out coupons that she had extra of, anyway I give it 4 outta 5 stars”
“I shop at both dollar general next door and family dollar! Dollar general is rarely open because of being short staffed and they have more inventory in the aisles then on the shelves. While at family dollar James who is older and disabled is always there and their aisles are clear! In a society where healthy people sit and bum with cardboard signs James works his tail off almost everyday! No excuses people! This man is an inspiration to many and your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! God bless you James keep up the hard work!”
“Madison Pike has had long term maintenance issues. Our store hadA/C ALL of 2022. It was ridiculous. Misery for staff, often had to close early & wasted TONS instead of corp fixing it. It was the kind staff our community returned for. I hope DG corp steps up for their employees-especially our store- or sells the company to someone who will. The staff & community deserve responsible owners. Stuey thinks they're fantastic too.”
“I love my dollar general. Always clean. The employees are very nice and helpful. They just need help to keep the place stocked. Verona KY and Warsaw is the worst store I've been in. It's never cleaned up. Trashed. Never anything on the shelves just everything sitting in those carts and we have to dig them out ourselves. I might as well get paid if I gotta help people because the stock isn't on the shelf's.”

“The only problem is even tho I've clipped all the coupons in the app it never shows up in store and have this big long ordeal in the store when trying to show the coupons in the app then them checking the products in the isles while I'm having to hold up the line, ect. It happens every single time & there's a second shift cashier that's extremely lazy & will go to any extreme to avoid doing her job or having to move around. It's like she purposely moves in extremely slow motion or like she's on the worst hangover ever. The store itself is great & bigger than the other dollar generals in the area”

“Good store but it's been closed recently due to so much stock left on floor? They can't seem to stock the merchandise during work hours? Workers seem to be just standing around goofing off while piles of stock just sits in the aisles. So frustrating”

“We were away from home but always knew what to expect across the country with a local Family Dollar Store. We were very pleased with the customer service at this location. When traveling, finding a bathroom stop is critical, and this was the only place in town that provided a public restroom. “Ok dollar store. While I was at this location the power went out for a few minutes. Employees got backed up but handled the situation smoothly even still telling guests Merry Christmas ? This is why I gave 5 stars.Because store at the end of the day is just a location to get what you need. But these employees are what makes this place great!”
“I’m not really sure where these bad reviews are coming from. When I go in here there is a guy that’s always very nice. Always seems to be having a good day. Always asks how my day is going. Very polite. There is also a very nice women here as well. She is always friendly and talks to me. This is a great little store. Great customer service and always seem to have what I need.”
