Brought a BMW abs module that I had to wait to get programmed by the dealer. By the time I found out it was bad from the dealer my 21 day warranty had expired. They offered store credit only. Im 5 states away and the odds of ever needing them again is slim to none. Im a business/shop owner and im out $350 now. As a business owner I personally would have refunded the purchase to keep my good name.

Bought a used engine paid 1500 to have it installed... head gasket is blown. Basically told me that they would give me my money for the engine back... now I'm out another 1500 to pull an engine that was sold to me as a good used engine... looks like we're gonna see if a judge feels that is how things should be! Moral of the story is if you don't know it's good then don't sell it as good.

It's a junk yard. Had rained. Road was extremely muddy. No gravel. Messy around office which was way back in salvage yard. But price was fair. Polite and accommodating. Just need gravel

I drove down the one way road to see what they have, I accidentally drove past the office and ended up having to go down more due to it being one way. Very risky to turn around. You can tell not many people go there. Its overflowing with weeds and plants.

called Tuesday and they said they would hold a transmission for us for Friday and then we drove the 2 hours there on Friday and she had sold it from under us and couldn't even call to tell us not to waste our time
