Asked them if they could change out a motor in a 85 GMC. They motor was just built fresh parts. There was a few things that needed to be done. Timing drop in distributor install balancer. A couple things came up I told them to go a head and fix like intake gasket and rear main seal since wrong one was used. Everything was new except intake and block. New crank rods pistons carb everything. Took them 6 months a full tank of gas filed the plugs before I got it back. I pick it up headers were missing bolts the carb was so rich you could not be near the truck (6 turns on each mixing screw) drive it for a little bit alternator was not hooked up so the new battery went to hell and steam coming over of the valve covers. Steam has not gone away cold or hot. Took the motor out to a machine shop to find out that the rings could be washed out do to them playing with the carb. I paid double what I was quoted for the install.

Contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance. Waited 4 hours, while receiving false ETA updates. Called the number, the man who answered was rude. Contacted insurance again and was told that the provider was in the parking lot "looking for us," and we were literally standing right next to our car - no one was in the parking lot looking for us. They never showed up, and eventually our roadside claim was reassigned to a different provider. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

Colin and his team worked on my Jeep- I needed a lot of work to get it back on the road- they were willing to work with my Allstate Extended Warranty (a lot of shops were not) and made a super stressful time better- I had it at another shop and was quoted $900 OVER what my warranty covered. CACC did more work than the previous shop quoted and I only paid my deductible. I feel a lot of shops price gauge but not here! I will be a returning customer if need be.
