Well I just bought a 2010 Hyundai Veracruz about two or going on two weeks they told me everything was fine with the car nothing came up on the computer everything passed, but just found out they didn't know about the car which is fine and understanding I get it it was a used car but taken care of but after a week I had some problems with it and I called and the owner said go back to them and they will make it right whatever I needed in fact I told them what happened and what is wrong with it they was nice enough and they didn't have to do it at all but they did, they gave me back $500 to go buy the parts I needed it just had three problems with it and I bought the stuff today and having it get fixed and it'll be a great car for me so I would say go to big papas auto sells they will most definitely help you out unlike other auto sells or dealership's it didn't take long to get me right today so thanks well a update on this place when I got that car they didn't tell me what was really wrong with the car got recalls on it gotta replace the t joint oil bar thing and few days ago on 8/2/2024 the car starts when it wants to or I gotta get under the hood play with the cables and all them it starts horn works when it wants too it's loud when it drives after I said what I said from above that car I bought off the lot wasn't worth what I paid for it it was only worth 500 bucks I've done out over what I paid for it in the car guys I would not NOT go get a car from them ever I won't ever again you'll will regret it waste of money reason I bought the car from them because of the reviews but someone just tolf me they also went there last month and a week later the motor and transmission went out so no go to a diffrent place to buy a car

We just purchased a car from Big Papa's and they got us in the exact car we have been looking for at a good down payment price and also a fair total price. After days of looking and many car lots who were very unprofessional we came to big Papa's and the staff and the whole experience was amazing. Big papa is the nicest guy around, I came in here today and needed a car to fit my kids, he found me a good car with a good price and affordable payments. I would 10/10 recommend this guy if you need a car! He works with you and is reliable and honest!

I have been pass this dealership a hundred times and never noticed this tiny little car lot! I called at exactly six o’clock pm when they were supposed to close and the owner answered the phone and I explained my situation how my wife and I couldn’t get seem to find the right car loan with a car that we liked! The owner explained that they were getting ready to close but I’f I was on my way he would wait for us! So, we arrived at 1830 and the owner was outside waiting on us and welcomed us with a smile and showed us around the car lot! I didn’t think we were going to come to an arrangement but he showed us a Kia Sportage and I offered a down payment and he took it! Out of all the dealerships my wife and I had been too which was well over 10, the owner made this car buying experience easy and hassle free! I know there are a lot of tricks a mechanic can do to a car to hide its imperfections but this Kia runs like a champ and not one warning light ever came on! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this car lot to anyone who is struggling with credit or can’t find what they’re looking for! The owner built trust in us that we had made a good purchase! Thank you for everything you did for us!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! Bought a 2010 Toyota Camry and within a month of buying it the transmission went completely out and i’m now without a vehicle again. save your time and money.
