“I'm not a client of Whitaker bank, but had an awesome experience here today. The ATM was apparently out of cash when I went through. I received a text message from my bank that the money had been debited from my account, but none was dispensed at the ATM. I went into the branch and spoke with Deborah, who assured me they'd get to the bottom of the issue, stat. Within 30 minutes (just enough time for me to run my other errands), everything was handled (my bank never *actually* deducted the money from my account, despite the text). Plus, the ATM was refilled, and I was able to go through another transaction and get the cash. The staff at the bank was entirely pleasant and professional, and helpful. If we decide to move our banking to KY, this will be the bank we use.”
