They was overcharged us. We brought our car in for an issue. They said they "fixed it" but when we got it back it still has the same issue. They charged us over $1000 to fix said issue. Went to another shop told them what happened and the other shop was shocked at the price. They way overcharge you. My car is still not fixed. $1000 for NOTHING. We gave it back to them and they "fixed it" again. Still not fixed. The issue with the car is that it will die when you come to a stop. Or won't start when you go somewhere, turn the car off for a few minutes. Then when you come back it won't start. On top of all of that they had the car for over a week. So not only did we pay $1000 to get it fixed we had to get a rental car so I could get to and from work. Go somewhere else. 10/10 would not recommend. Also they smoke inside their office and it smells really bad. So there's that.

Where to begin…. The business has had some managerial changes which have been positive.We have multiple vehicles and have purchased multiple over the past 8 years.This is our shop and will be our only shop unless a service need arrives which requires another service.We absolutely trust Andrew and Tracy with all of our vehicles of differing makes and engines. Andrew knows my husband expects thorough work and nothing that will endanger myself and our granddaughters.We have never had a need to question fees as we believe we pay a fair price.We have recommended Precision Auto to a very dear friend and he states they have a new shop as well.Highly recommend!!! I can’t say enough good things about this business. The air conditioning in my vehicle recently stopped working. I took it to one shop for an estimate, and it was a shop where I knew the owner and figured I would get the best, honest, estimate. I was quoted $1500. Wow! Okay, I do have a vehicle that uses the newer, rarer, more costly refrigerant, so I took that information and decided I at least should get a second opinion. I’m thankful I did. I took my Yukon XL to Precision. First, they explained the entire process they would use to test my air for leaks. They also explained everything they found. I did not get any of this with the other shop. When they tested it, they found no visible leaks at that moment (doesn’t mean there isn’t one or a small one). They suggested charging it and driving it to see how it does. When they added the refrigerant, nothing leaked. My total price? $254. Much better than $1500! After that quote, I was seriously beginning the search for a new vehicle. I’m so thankful I didn’t. My Yukon only has 65,000 miles. I highly recommend this shop and will bring all my work here.
