I would like to complement all contributing parties by first saying that the equipment at this location is in good shape and the men's locker portion of the lockerroom is nice given its small space. (Appreciate the quality digital scale!) [Pictured]It's clear to me the strengths of this location:》Praise & positive feedback:● The management of this gym values its trainers & staff; strong aspect of this location! Great line-up! I would feel confident knowing they are qualified, experienced and kn● A sufficient but surprising amount of equipment given the limited floor space. This location has actively taken steps and changes to increase optimized space usage.● Active management presence.》However, there are areas of opportunity that I encountered during my most recent visit:● Some of the facilities are in a lacking state such as:○ The men's toilet stall is missing sufficient lock [pictured], and it does not shut due to the missing door lock.○ The red carpets appeared to be stained, and dust was visible along wall trim above the carpeted area. These may need to be tended to either professionally periodically or by staff more often.(Improvement of these areas will result in an edited review.)Keep up the good work, and I look forward to visiting again!

It's clean. There's a lot of equipment almost all of which I won't ever use. I don't have the strength, ability, or muscles to use most of the machines. I am 68 years old and have had some serious health issues over the last few years. There are some body parts and activities that I simply cannot do without causing damage.It's never crowded when I go mid-afternoon. Overall, it's a good place to go, and it's close. I recommend it.I previously posted a long review that I made into a rather self deprecating attempt at humor. I think it was taken badly, so I deleted it. If you read it, I apologize. Nothing detrimental about the gym or staff was intended.

Didn't know I needed this workout. Now I feel 100% better than ever! Trying to get husband and friends involved. Love the atmosphere clean and bright. Every piece of workout equipment you can imagine and in great condition well cared for. I'll be a lifer.

I enjoy my membership but I definitely think it’s time for them to expand. It’s always packed and it’s hard to get in a full workout without having to stop or wait because it’s so crowded/busy. Lots of teenagers go here too which sometimes is a downside because gym etiquette is lacking.

I've seen some reviews here about over crowding and space I've been in day and night and I've never had an issue with "to many people" the staff has been great and I've never heard anyone trying to rap or any profanity being shouted out for all to hear all around great atmosphere and staff keep up the great work

The manager and owner are great! I hate to leave 1 ⭐️! But it’s over crowded and certain members who train their just RAP out LOUD so that everyone else that is working out at the gym that night can listen to them RAP, like they are trying out on American Idol and we are lucky enough to hear random loud profanity laced bursts! Sad to say! But needs a SIGN that says please don’t RAP out loud! It’s a GYM! Not a Dr. Dre, STUDIO session!

The equipment needs some repairs and the staff needs to be more friendly. The facility seems clean but very dated.

The manager is great and really cares about his customers. He has went above and beyond. I will never get a membership at any other gym!

I went to start a membership, and they were quick to help me out. After starting my membership she showed me around and set me up in the hydro massage room. Very friendly
