“So my appointment was at 10:30 and apparently they had over booked me ( I may be wrong) cause they had just got done with a dog so that family left then they were working with another animal and I was waiting in the room for quite a while and had to ask how much longer it would be before my cat could be seen for what was supposed to be a quick visit”
