If I could give them a zero star, I would. 1 star is too high. They basically took us for $25 during a "sale" because I went in and bought 2 gallons of paint. If I had bought it online, and picked up instore, I would have got the sale price. When confronted, they refused to refund us. I will never shop there again. It's a shame, I'd rather buy local, but I'll keep on driving next time.

Stellar service! Wow! I had no idea how fast SW could get 3 gallons of high quality paint done in less than like 5 minutes! Store was bright, clean, calm and relaxing. Store worker was smooth and easy going. 10x better than having to go all the way to Lowes or Home Depot!

I’ve been in this store several times. Recently on 2 different visits both of the employees treated me like I was an interruption to their day. One time the employee was busy and I gave him some grace. Today, the store was empty and it was the same treatment. Unfortunately it’s about the only option in town.

This is the second time I have come to this specific store during operating hours and they have been closed. This is ridiculous and I will be taking my buisness somewhere else. Its very simple to work during the hours of operation get it together. If I could give zero stars I would poor work ethic.

I have purchased paint from here in the past from an Employee named Matt something or other. I came in today and the employee who greeted me informed me Matt was fired. Today I did not receive the level of service Matt provided, and I was very disappointed in the lack of knowledge on what I was looking for. I am disappointed to hear that good work is not rewarded at this store and I will be taking my money elsewhere

I went into the store to just look for colors for paint for the house.. and walked out with all the paint I needed to paint my whole house inside.. found just the right colors with a great help from the staff.. he was great, cant Remember his name ... def. 5 star service

Their paint is much better than the other guys. Quality is what's important when painting. I've had to paint over other products with sherwin williams because it didn't cover very well.

They have never let me down, I actually drive past another Sherwin-Williams to get there. I'm not going to say which location upset me enough to go out of my way to go to another one...... But it rhymes with Frankfort.
