Went out this morning to Jack Kain Ford Quick Lane, and got a real Sweet Deal on a set of Kelly Springfield tires! I can't believe how nice my car rides now! I usually dread driving in the snow, but now I look forward to it! Thank you Brad, and the gang there for a great purchase, and service experience!

Nick was perfect. Excellent customer service. My favorite part that Jack Kain Ford is offering is the pick up and delivery for their service and quick lane departments. It is so convenient and helpful. The drivers Bill and Joe are wonderful to deal with. They notify you that they are on there way both picking up or delivering your vehicle. Josh, the coordinator, does an excellent job in scheduling the pick up and delivery for their very popular and busy service department. Buying a vehicle or servicing your current one, don't hesitate to do business with Jack Kain Ford.

The staff at Jack Kain Ford are professional and courteous. They are extremely knowledgeable and care about the customer. If any additional concerns arise with your vehicle, they promptly explain the issue and allow you to decide the next course of action. I am very pleased with my service and experience at Jack Kain Ford and plan to return to their establishment for all future automobile service and repair.
