Seemed like an ok store, we got a reptile here, the store associates don’t know half of what they are saying. Almost everything they told me up to the age of the pet was wrong lol but other than that, Nice people. Never got annoyed with all my questions.

The grooming here is amazing! My husband and I took our dog to petsmart grooming once when we first moved here and never again. Petco is an hour away from us vs petsmart being 20 minutes, but it is so worth it for petcos services! Spencer especially deserves a shout out! Spencer handles and treats them as if they were his own. My dogs get very anxious in public and he knows how to handle them. He answers any questions I have and also is more than happy to give advice/recommend products for your dogs needs.

Spencer from grooming treats my dogs as if they were his children. My dogs are not particularly social, but they love working with spencer. I have tried taking them to petsmart before because they were closer, but after watching petsmart be rough with my dogs I decided to never go there again. I regularly take my dogs to spencer even though he is over an hour drive for me. I cannot recommend him enough.

I took my dog Peanut to be groomed today. I can't remember the person that helped us but they were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to explain some things regarding my dogs long fur and the best methods for grooming it. at the end they gave me a discount on the service as my dog was being difficult due to Peanut being scared. They weren't able to perform all the services we discussed. I also had the pleasure of speaking with a nice lady as she was also waiting for her dog to be groomed. She had nothing but good things to say about the groomers at this location. Peanut looks amazing ! I will definitely be returning.

Stocked well, with products needed. During COVID, I tried several places for the food needed. Petco was the first that carried the things I needed.

With our regular groomer unavailable, we made an appointment at this location upon the recommendation of another extra large breed owner. More specifically, we elected to book a VIP appointment to minimize our dogs stress and limit anytime spent in a kennel. Upon arrival they promptly booked our girl in with no waiting and called me ahead of time so that I could arrive right as she was finishing up. The staff was excellent and my big girl looks and smells great!

3 staff members were standin ing and talking in one area of the store. It appeared that they were talking about something related to work. I approached them with questions about a harness. One employee looked at it and she didn't know about the way it fits. No one volunteered to go help me to look at harnesses. Customer service is typically okay but I felt no one cared whether I shop there or not.
