“As a Hilton Honors diamond member, I've been in many Hilton properties over the years. This Home 2 Suites in Frankfort KY is one of the most comfortable as far as the rooms, public spaces, and atmosphere go.

There is a sticker on the bathroom mirror that says to call the front desk if you need anything, including extra towels. However, when I did that yesterday, the employee started explaining to me as to why the number of towels in my room was sufficient. Finally, she begrudgingly brought up another set of towels and a bath mat, which had not been replaced at the mid stay housekeeping. She actually tried to talk me out of a bath mat!”

“We stayed at the Best Western Parkside July 11-12, 2024. Immediately upon arrival we were greated by Sam. (I'm like 97% sure it was Sam, possibly Rachel) she was so helpful, friendly, and very personable. When we got to our room I remembered we needed a roll away bed, and a few extra towels, blankets, and pillows for our kids. Again she went above and beyond in service to take care of our needs. 10/10 must promote!!!! The hotel was clean, the entire staff was friendly, the pool was chef's kiss, and breakfast was awesome. Thank you to all the hardworking stuff at the Parkside Inn for making our stay great, but especially to Sam for making our stay easy, and fantastic.”
