Never had a good experience at this location. Blond hair manager is very unprofessional and rude. Poorly ran store and employees could careless about helping you, there to busy playing on their phones.

Live in Louisville and shop various Goodwill stores there but was on my way to Lexington and stopped in here. This store was MUCH more organized, even cleaner than any Goodwill store in Louisville. Found just what I was looking for, too.

Always find it really sad that the prices that you find at goodwills especially for stuff that has been donated. First time and last time in the store because they had a guitar that was donated that was used and they had the price marked at 99.99 which is the same exact price as the guitar is brand new at guitar center website yet they would not come off the price because they just priced it. The ladies response was I didn't find that when I looked it up my bad. So I guess they would rather lose a sale than make a sale off all their donations which the goodwill doesn't stay true to their word on the people they are supposed to hire and that's probably why their CEO makes millions of dollars in his salary every year because they don't do what they're supposed to do as a goodwill as a whole!James Gibbons CEO salary of Goodwill $700,000 for a non profit.If you read some responses that I'm sure are pre-made, there is nothing about goodwills in Kentucky or anywhere else that help anyone with disabilities. 25% of the employee workforce for the Goodwill should be that with someone that has a disability and I can guarantee you of the eight goodwills that I've been to numerous days of the week around Fayette county and Woodford county and Franklin county that is not true. They fired the only person I've ever known to work at a goodwill that was disabled and that was on harrodsburg road in Lexington.

I always enjoy shopping at the different Goodwills.i just bought some name brand shirts for 5.49 that normally sell between 50 and 125.00. You never know what bargains you're going to find

Store is clean and organized but some of the prices are a little high. Employees are also very friendly.

Many items overpriced. "Roundup" question gets old moreso each time. Nice staff, clean environment.

They must have got a very large estate some of the old old things were just incredible.I probably should have mentioned in my review as well. This being a smaller town is a large Goodwill and very well kept maintained and updated. It does not smell the floors look clean and it looks like quality product everywhere you turn.

I was there in late February 2022. Some of the donated furniture had a strong smoke odor that could be smelled all over the store. It would be good to have someone with a good sense of smell check the furniture before putting it out for sale. (And I don't have a very good sense of smell, by the way.)
