CVS has garnered mixed reviews from customers regarding its services. Many appreciate the front-end staff, noting they are courteous and helpful when shopping for medical-related products and other items. Customers often find good inventory and a smooth checkout experience, making it a convenient stop for snacks and incidentals. However, the pharmacy service has faced criticism. Some customers have encountered issues with prescription refills, experiencing delays and miscommunication. Specific complaints include receiving only a one-month supply instead of the usual three-month refill and being told to contact their doctor for a new prescription rather than having the pharmacy handle it. Customers have expressed frustration over the lack of consistency and communication from pharmacy staff, leading some to consider changing pharmacies altogether. While CVS offers a CarePass program that some find beneficial, others feel that the service does not justify the cost when faced with inconsistent prescription fulfillment. Overall, while CVS provides a convenient shopping experience for some, its pharmacy department has left certain customers feeling neglected and dissatisfied.
This isn't where I fill my prescriptions, but I find other medical related products and many other incidentals here. Some items may cost more, but by the time I get through using their coupons, I often come out ahead and it's worth it for the convenience.

Picked up a prescription. 4 customers in front of me, one worker checking everyone out. 6 other workers behind the counter. 2 of them on the phone, the other 4 working filling meds. Would have thought 1 of the 4 could have ran the there register.

I went to CVS to pick up a quick snack. They had a great inventory, including exactly what I wanted. The check out process went smoothly. It was an excellent experience.
