Good price, EXCELLENT service--not only in the store while I waited for the machine, but after I got home and stated reloading the few prograns that wouldn't allow themselves to be cloned: Microsoft 360 and Dragon Naturally Speaking and Norton Anti-Virus decided to rebel on me, so I had to call 3 times to get advice--but no problem, the technician was patient and gave me new ideas that finally fixed the problems. Very happy! Was so frustrated at these programs, but very grateful to have an expert's help. ?”
